Pros: The response time from support and their expertise. I also love the reports and the way the software wraps around the my companies asset management and rental management processes. Allowing vendors, agents and my internal team to have task triggers and dependencies to get work done. The financial tracking and expense aspect is also sweet.
Cons: that I have to pay monthly and would love to have a desktop version on my laptop when I'm traveling to run reports. But I guess an online system is better because everyone on my team can access the software any time.
Overall: The software cut costs, saving money on the pro-forma process and helping aquire assets. Also saving money in the rehab process getting the property ready for sale or rent. When the properties are completed and if they are going on the open market, the software can assign the property to a qualified agent anywhere in the US. There are so many benefits I can't list them all.
