Comments: Pros of this product are first class customer service, nothing is to much trouble and staff take as long as necessary to ensure you are able to understand and use the product. All questions answered quickly .

Pros also easy to use mostly once you understand the processes such as adding new packages, special offers ect. Simple to admin yourself which is great.

Cons - Main one is the screen has to be on Reception setting for customers to swipe in and often I can be in the middle of a report or other part of the system. Would love it to register the swipe regardless of the screen you are on. Reporting needs a little more but of course this comment is based on my needs and maybe not the same for others. Ideally I would like to be able to report on how many members were in the club on a given day / time or a counter for each day. The other "cons" I know of are small and in the pipeline for improvement

All round a good product that is great value for especially for a smaller business.

Pros: The system is fairly easy to use, dont really have any other positives to say really.

Easy to create different membership tariffs.

The sales team are quite good at convincing you that its the best software out there.

Cons: You cannot track your total live/cancelled/default members and expect the data to be correct.

Have been promising a functional app for years (still isnt working properley)

No separate acces for management to normal staff

PTs can mass email all members and theres noway to stop it without cutting off their access

Overall: zero
