Support reacts quickly and problems are usual resolved within a short time. Cons A few hiccups switching over to the new dashboard made our users a little reluctant to try and use it. The design team created an amazing layout for us. We use this system daily! I love how i can update our channel from anywhere at anytime. The customer service is TOPNOTCH!! Its super affordable and overall just an amazing way to improve communication. Pros How user friendly it is. It took me every bit of 30 minutes to learn how to upgrade and save graphics. My absolute favorite thing though is being able to create a schedule for each graphic. This keeps me from having expired images for activities running on the screen. Cons Cant think of anything. The customer service is very helpful and answers my questions right away and also follows up after a problem is resolved. The ease of uploading our flyers has saved a lot of time. The REACH program is very user friendly. I have been able to navigate the program without problems. Pros I like the ease of uploading our flyer images (already designed) for each of our programs at the Bartlett Park District and not having to recreate the messages. I also like the preview feature on the desktop without having to be in front of the actual screen. Also, I like that I can change the order of our messages under the change order tab. And lastly, adding videos are as easy to upload as images. Cons I am not sure if this problem is on our end (internet connection- I have contacted our IT staff and they cannot detect a problem), but under Dashboard - the Network health is offline. When viewing the screen in the lobby, my recently uploaded announcements are running correctly. So I am not sure why it would say it was off line? Also, sometimes when uploading a jpg, Reach will skew the jpg. The image won't fit the total space. I can enlarge the image (by pulling out the corners), but I cannot stretch the image horizontal because the proportions are constrained (skewed). This doesn't happen often (maybe twice a month) but when it does I have to snag (program) my jpg and save it again. So I am not sure if something happens to that file when saving it to a jpg or if something happens to the file when it is uploaded to REACH? Review Source ME Mike E. I have been 12 hours away from school and am able to update it so students/teachers get the most up-to-date information within minutes. I also have been incredibly pleased with the customer service. Cons I love this product, but my administration isn't completely sold on the yearly price. Would be nice to be able to upload and save images on my end like logos. Cons The announcement editor is basic and hard to navigate at times. I find it easier to create my slides in Microsoft Publisher then up load that as a picture. Unfortunately this keep other uses from being able to edit details on the slide. Review Source DB Debbie B. The uploading of excel files really saved a lot of time for our conference service coordinator. Pros Easy to upload and change out the content and the built-in tutorials are really helpful. We use it for several departments and it's a fantastic way to get the most important information to our guests in their rooms, restaurants, coffee bars...so many different locations around the resort 24 hrs a day/7 days a week. I can stream videos, change content easily and keep the waiting room entertained while they wait ! Pros Look very professional, great options for layout and animation, and #1 is the customer support. I've never had any major issues but any questions or help I've needed, they were fast and friendly with their response. It's a real person and they are knowledgeable. Quite refreshing. Cons nothing. We asked for some design elements that took some trial and error to implement and they were not only willing to try new things, but great to work with throughout the process. Price is very affordable for what we get and user interface is very simple. Their team is great and always willing to help! Our few support requests have been handled quickly and smoothly. They keep Cons Editing within their announcement editor can be tricky. I find it easier to design in PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite and import in most announcements, which works great. Cons The process to get things to look the way you want took a little time, but with the help of the support team we have things looking the way we want them to look. August 27, 2019 5.0 REACH is an excellent way to communicate to our residents in our community about changes in our daily schedule. If there is a special outing that we need sign-ups for right away we can let them know immediately, it goes the same with cancellations. We love that our residents are able to watch the channel of events in their apartments. I'm very satisfied!!!! Pros I like that the software is user friendly. It is easy for the users to learn all the features. Items are uploaded quickly. I'm able to access the system easily using my smart phone. I love that it provides images that we can use for our pages. Cons so far I have not found anything negative about the software. Pros I really enjoy the flexibility of being able to make on the fly changes to our internal signage. Working with support has given me confidence in knowing that issues will be resolved in a timely manner. The development team is a lot of fun to work with and extremely understanding and sensitive to our needs. This is an all around great product and I would definitely recommend this service to a friend/colleague. Cons If I have to list one, then I have to pick on the CMS as it relates to announcements/file storage. I have a relatively exponential learning curve for software but I can't seem to quickly grasp the concept of manipulating files within announcements and how they all link to devices. The whole system can easily be maintained by a staff of one or two people, depending on the number of displays you have.
