The feedback we have gotten from our patrons has been excellent to say the least. The sign is bright and vibrant, it stands out but also includes our branding. Pros Integration - the software can pull in just about any kind of media, and when things aren't exactly the way you want them, the REACH support team will work with you to insure that they get to where you want them. Cons The learning curve was a little steep, and the initial overview I did with my first REACH representative was not very informative, and a bit rushed. That person is no longer with the company though, and my new rep has been amazing. Review Source DS Don S. August 31, 2016 5.0 We have had similar products in the past for our in house messaging and Reach is by far a superior product for our needs. It is so easy to use that we let every department be in control of their own messaging so the work load doesn't fall on just one person. I also love being able to layout an announcement in another software program that I am more skilled with and drop it right in the Reach program. Plus, the entire Reach team has been great from the word go with cordial and prompt responses to every email or call! " April 25, 2018 4.0 Pros It's easy to post static images and schedule them as needed. It accomplishes our goal of presenting digital billboards to our audience. Sports Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Happy to be a Reach customer" September 13, 2018 5.0 Pros We really like using the Reach system because their whole digital signage system from uploading images, scheduling slides to presenting actual schedules is easy to do. It runs on any Windows device and works with any TV as long as the device has a connection to/for the TV. It also takes very little time to train a new user on how to use their system. Cons The user interface can use some tweaking. Maybe add a wizard to upload and schedule slides OR wizards in general to help with certain tasks. Review Source SH Sean H. Pros I love that you can edit something on the computer from anywhere and it will be on the screen almost instantly. I love that the colors show up just as on the computer and there is a lot of functionality I'm sure I have yet to discover. Cons I don't like trying to edit the announcements on the announcement page. I like making a Power Point slide and bringing it into the software to use. We want people to know what we are doing to bring value to membership and no one reads paper signs anymore. REACH has developed a product that is both eye-catching and easy to use. You don't need to be a product expert to get loads of value from this tool. Highly recommended!!! Pros Attention grabbing, ease of use, low maintenance, great tech support. Several departments use the players to post announcements related directly to their group and students enrolled in their courses. It's a great way for many diverse areas on campus to get information to students that need it. In addition, the ease of use has allowed them to add different types of announcements (birthdays, congratulations, etc.) that without Reach wouldn't otherwise be advertised. I think this is a great way to build community and engagement between faculty and staff and students. Pros I started using Reach when I began working at my current job. It was easy to learn (for the most part) and the best part was the tutorials available. Using those video tutorials helped me get started quickly and answered most of the questions I had. Cons Publishing content is an easy process, but waiting for the player to refresh can take a little time when new announcements are added. Review Source SH Scott H. Also let it be noted any problems are few and far between. Lastly I feel REACH is a great value and unlike other software companies they tend to keep the price the same year after year. We are a small non-profit private college and greatly appreciate their rate structure. Pros Our small college has had two digital signs with REACH for 7 years now, and we've been happy since the beginning. The software is user-friendly and has been updated and improved over the years. More functionality has been implemented since we first began with the company. Every year it seems to get better and better. Cons There have been times over the years when the software (web-based) didn't do quite what I wanted, or the formatting was a bit off. I believe the software has improved in this regard and I have far fewer complaints about it now than I did say a few years ago. Once in a while the facebook widget stops working, but it resolves itself most times with no action from me. I normally blame facebook and not REACH. Review Source LF Laura F. The staff is easy to work with and helped us create a template that would fit our branding. The software is cloud based so it is convenient to use and making updates is simple. We've been able to train multiple staff on the system to help in maintaining correct and current information for our public. Staff and visitors have been impressed with the displays we have installed in three of our buildings and they are a wonderful addition to our marketing mix. Pros Ease of use. Ability to integrate with social media platforms and registration software if we so choose. Not only the information sharing but with making it fun. All company updates are ran through our Reach TV's and use it also for acknowledging employees across the company. Pros We can provide consistent communication across our 23 locations in a variety of ways and details. All the locations have their own section and can do whatever they inspire to do in their section. Not only is it a great resource for information, it can be fun and interesting and not everything has to be work related. Cons Losing connections. Tech support has been extremely timely in assisting with any questions or concerns that we may have. Pros The REACH software allows for content to be easily updated from various platforms, which has been extremely helpful in displaying media that has expiration dates. Cons Every so often the players will freeze and are not able to be accessed through the administrative dashboard.
