I have suggested and help implement REACH at three different companies. It allows for communication overall shifts and can be updated from any PC.

Pros

The software allows me to create in PowerPoint and quickly upload to Reach!

Cons

Youtube videos are currently running a black screen with sound.

I don't think there's something I like the least about it. Maybe that after the customization we couldn't change it again?

We originally signed up with REACH in the summer of 2018 but just recently performed the implementation due to a complete remodel of our office. The entire process from initially speaking with REACH reps prior to our purchase, the ongoing communication/check-ins regarding our remodel completion timelines, to the final implementation, was enjoyable. When it was discovered our REACH devices were misplaced during the remodel, REACH was quick to get new devices headed our way (and even saved us money from the initial purchase) so we could up and running as soon as we were ready. Being the person in my office involved the most with REACH, I have nothing negative to say regarding the company or product.

Pros

REACH is a very easy platform to use and display our company news; both client-facing and internal. The ease of creating and editing announcements makes working with the software both fun and hassle-free. All of the REACH reps I have worked with have been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like up to this point.

Pros

Previously I created a newsletter from scratch every month. This keeps the things we need everyone to know up front and center and can carry on from month to month AND update new things daily as they happen!

Cons

I wish there were more pre-made options for backgrounds to pick from.

Cons

There are a lot of features that I would like to use, but don't know how. I will be looking to REACH for training on this.

We were looking for a low priced, easy to manage, scalable way to communicate with the users on the shop floor and this hit the mark and exceeded our expectations. We are growing our use of the product and should soon have it rolled out to all of our manufacturing locations.

Pros

The ability to remotely push out content to multiple locations.

Cons

As of now we haven't found anything we don't like, any issue we've had has been quickly resolved by the support team.

Reach allows us to communicate with members as they check into our facility, and also effectively communicates with guests. Our community sponsors are pleased because their businesses are highlighted directly on the TV thanks to the REACH software. It is an excellent product and our members have only given positive feedback.

Pros

As an administrator, REACH software allows me to update remotely, which is most convenient. I like that I can load photos and video links. I also really appreciate the end date so I don't have to manually remove outdated slides.

Cons

While the text editor is not my favorite, it is easy enough once you get used to it. Sometimes it freezes, but not often. A simple re-boot takes care of that.

Pros

REACH Media works with their clients to create unique specific interface that reflects our school. It is easy to use; it can be formatted to fit our purpose and reflect our school.

Cons

There is a learning curve involved. We have 5 screens/monitors. There is no unique naming system for each monitor to use when needing to isolate problems.

With REACH, we are able to communicate with parents who are waiting in the front office as well as sharing exciting news with the students!

Pros

We LOVE the software. It is easy to use and updates immediately. The support team at REACH is always ready to help and their support videos help when you feel like trying to do it on your own. The students love seeing their pictures and reading interesting facts during lunch. We also have a calendar on the screen to help keep everyone up to date on events.

Cons

I have had a very difficult time linking the PTO Facebook page.

Pros

Yukon College is absolutely loving our newly installed REACH signage system we have received numerous positive comments from students, staff and visitors on how dynamic and engaging it is. As administrators, we are also thrilled with how simple and intuitive the content management system interface is this makes it a LOT easier for us to train our other staff on adding/changing content. One of the very best things about REACH, though, is the customer service commitment, the attention to detail, response times in the event of issues and overall sense of value placed on the customer is priceless. We are now using REACH as an example of what we are looking for when we attempt to engage other service providers!

Pros

The ease of use of all the features, ability to add your own files, videos, photos, etc. in addition to the updated "on-site" features that allow you to create your slides within the system as well.

Cons

After the latest updates . . . Not much. We really enjoy all the features that are now available, including the ability to edit slides with a lot of the same features you find in our normal software (Word-etc.)

Using digital signage software allowed us to reduce email clutter and prioritize company messaging that was important and relevant. In addition to messaging the software also allows us to encourage employee participation in building core values and working together as one entity.

Pros

Ease of use. Responsive customer service. No limit on number of calls for support. Multiple options to connect to network. Boxes and software preconfigured for customers environment and shipped.

Cons

Limited core set of features but likely enough for most businesses

Promotion of our programs across a wide area with minimal time and resources (paper flyers).

Pros

The newest changes where you can upload PDF and videos. Makes it much easier to load content. Being able to display daily facility schedules Easy to use and train people. We have expanded quickly to 9 sites.

Cons

Wish REACH could talk with our facility scheduling software (CLASS) so we did not have to manually upload our schedule.

This has been a great experience. So much better than our last digital signage product. The service can't be beat and any questions or issues I've had, I've been able to talk to a real person almost instantly to get it worked out. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Pros

I love how easy it is to update our signage. I can even get our stakeholders messages up from my mobile device.

Cons

The only thing I would love to be able to do that I can't is to cross post between different facilities. Hopefully that can be a feature to come in the future!

Pros

This software is able to be customized to fit the need of the organization. The staff is able to change major designs in a quick manner. As a user, it is a simple, cloud-based database that is updated in real time. As a parks and recreation department, we are able to show off our daily schedule, upcoming events, and special announcements on an easy-to-read screen with a thematic background. It is simple to teach and easy to become familiar with.

Cons

There is not much that I do not like about this software. There have been a few glitches and system errors since we have began using the product. However, the staff was quick to assist in fixing these issues in order to get us up and running again.

Pros

Support is always very prompt and comes to a resolution very quickly. I have developed great relationships with our account team and have turned over all product support to Reach, as opposed to our previous vendor who required much more of my operational resources.

Cons

Would appreciate more integration capabilities with outside software applications. I think the toolset is still maturing but is pretty adequate for our digital signage needs. Obviously the key is to find a balance between software integration options and ease of user interface to take advantage of those options.

Easy to set up and use. Customers/Clients love it. It makes your company feel modern

Pros

It is easy to use and if there is an issue it is resolved same day. Even when it is my error, the techs are very helpful and explain what I can do to prevent this in the future.

Cons

IT would be nice to customise which player plays which announcement. We use the displays to greet guests. If we have more than 1 guest arriving in a day, we have to loop the announcements, and cannot guarantee they will see their company when they walk in.
