Pros

I am new to this area of this type of media. Reach was very easy to work. I like the different functionalities that this software provides. It is easy to use once training was completed.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like yet, but we have only been using it for a few months.

Reason for choosing REACH

This product was recommended by other hockey rinks in the area. I also liked the fact that they were local too.

Pros

Very easy to use! Customer support is very responsive, professional, friendly. We liked it so much we purchased several TVs to be able to reach as many employees as possible.

Cons

I wish there was a way to categorize or file things so easier to find again. I would also like to see an emergency alert program developed for it.

REACH has been a great solution for providing our students with information on upcoming events. Students take notice of whats on the screens better than audio anouncments, or printed solutions.

Pros

The screens look fantastic! We also like the scheduling ability.

Cons

Setting up tickers was a bit challenging at first. There seemed to be several clicks to get to the point of adding content.

Pros

The application is very user friendly and easy to setup. Training was less than 30 minutes for our users and they were able to go right away and setup/modify their display to what they wanted. This is much easier to use than the vendor supplied content management application for our digital signage.

Cons

Wish it had an improved way to display websites. Some of the editing pieces are a little clumsy like trying to move text you need to learn a trick, but nothing you can't work through.

It's an easy way to share information at key locations.

Pros

The ability to populate multiple screens at multiple facilities from one interface is very helpful. My account managers are always able to come up with solutions to meet my needs.

Cons

We sometimes have trouble getting RecTrac to communicate with Reach. I wish Reach would proactively create a manual for troubleshooting RecTrac issues.

Pros

The interface is very intuitive and easy to use for building new announcements and schedules. The initial training was a breeze and it's simple to get new users up to speed as we involve additional staff in the marketing process. Customer support has also proven to be very responsive.

Cons

The only thing I would change is to make the software work in kiosk mode on smart TVs without requiring the additional mini-PC. This would be a cost savings for our organization and we would probably use the software in more locations.

It allows us to communicate easily with our membership and doesn't cost us any money to do it!

Pros

I love how I can upload content easily. Scheduling announcements to start and stop on specific dates is a great feature that I use often. The cool thing about this software is that you can stay simple and easy if you want, but it also gives you all the bells and whistles of a robust platform if you want to dial things in and be more complex.

Cons

It takes a little time to learn all the nuances, but once familiar with the software, it's easy sailing.

It is great for marketing our materials from facilities to programs. The integration with social media and CSI is great!

Pros

It is easy to use and the integration with CSI. I like that we are able to generate revenue from the screens.

Cons

Sometimes the screens go off-line and it can be a pain to re-boot them. Some of the adds that are placed on the TV's do not support the lifestyles we are promoting.

We are now able to easily show customers the schedule of facilities. It updates automatically, and looks professional!

Pros

The customer service I've received so far has been fantastic. I never wait more than a day for someone to get back to me, even when it's a complicated question. The price is definitely affordable. The training received when onboarding was extremely helpful. The software itself is easy to learn, and easy to train more staff on.

Cons

We have not used the software enough to be able to give cons.

Pros

It is very user-friendly and you can customize it however you like. I love that updates you make are quickly visible on the screens.

Pros

I appreciate the how easy it is to create new announcements and all the features that are available to make fun designs for announcements.

The stock images are limited. Having more to use would be nice.

Great way to communicate with employees.

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and easy to use. I also haven't had any major issues with the software that have needed immediate attention, which is great.

Cons

It is very frustrating having to select all of the different TV locations, instead of just selecting from a few groups.

Pros

The ease of use is my favorite thing about Reach. Being able to control multiple screens from the new dashboard it great. I am looking forward to watch some of the training pieces that have been added because I feel like I am only scratching the surface of what I can do. The new menu board for the pool looks great!

Cons

We keep adding televisions with a couple more coming this year so my dashboard list is getting full of devices to keep up with! I did get a little confused when the IP address changed & my computer kept defaulting back to the old sign in screen. I wish there were more hours in a day to be able to spend time exploring the new tutorials.

Improved member communication and awareness and we've been able to reduce the amount of paper posters and flyers hanging around the building.

Pros

I like that our screen design and layout was fully customizable. We choose a message area, a weather bug and down the right side we scroll our schedules. I especially like the schedules and Reach made it easy to bring in and stream our schedules from our mobile app.

Cons

We don't have a hard wired connection, and videos sometimes put too much demand on our Wifi during high usage times.

Working with REACH has been a great experience. The Digital Signage Software has provided us with an easy-to-use and efficient way to advertise to our members. The ability to set schedules, notifications, and announcements months in advance and at the same time be able to make changes just as easily from anywhere there is internet access is a major part of why we are so happy with this system. The scheduling software integrates into the REACH App software that we also use and eliminates the need to enter our schedules into more than one platform. The customer service that Tyler Storm, Kiersten Gibson, and the rest of the REACH team has provided us has been second to none. I have and will continue to recommend REACH to any institutes or businesses looking for an effective, low maintenance marketing and scheduling solution.

With 1,500 students and a 315,000 square foot building, REACH Digital Media will be one of the best methods we have found to convey information while celebrating our school community. We are in the initial stages of this project, however, we are already receiving favorable reviews from our stakeholders. When the project is complete, we will have three content streams located on ten monitors throughout our school. Each monitor will display date, time, current weather, scrolling announcements, ticker, twitter feed, daily announcements, and our Staley TV broadcasts. In addition, our digital signage will reach beyond our school walls via our website. http://www.nkcschools.org/page.cfm?p=1516 currently has the scrolling announcements on the front page with the ticker soon to follow. We couldn't have asked for better customer service and support. Their responsiveness has been top of the line. Updating the digital signage is quick and easy without duplication of effort. Tyler Storm, Brian Rose and the entire team at REACH receive our highest recommendation.

I was not excited about learning a new digital display system, but when you can use an intelligent program the training is no big deal!

Pros

Our office receives announcements that need posted weekly and uploading new material takes little time and has not been an inconvenience. Super nice to see your new video instantly too. Each step in the REACH program is self explanatory and helps user confidence.

Cons

So far, uploading, storing , and deleting information has been a breeze.

When I have had need of support, I can always count on REACH to reach out to me within 24 hours. They are very friendly and courteous.

Pros

The product is easy to use. I often design on illustrator or photoshop and then import the files into the program. There are other fixture in the program that are more interactive but I hardly ever use them, but when I have used them they seem easy to use.

Cons

I can't say I have found anything that I have been a problem with the program and I have been using it for at least 5 years.
