Pros Reach has been amazing with digital and mobile marketing, honestly, I don’t think I would ever go back to a time where I did not have it Cons It’s hard to find a downfall and something you love so much. Real time posting makes for efficient and effective marketing. Cons I usually have to create my announcements in a Photoshop template which has the ability to use a variety of fonts, layering of elements and colors resulting in impactful presentations. Pros Reach Software is easy to use and has the ability to log in from anywhere. Low fee to have it as well. Highly recommend" July 5, 2017 5.0 Easy to use and easy to load announcements on our lobby TV Pros I love that I can use this product and update the announcements from my computer and they go directly to the signage in the lobby. Very user friendly, didn't take long to learn all the features. I also love how I can schedule announcements ahead of time and also schedule the ending date. The program also offers a great variety of stock photos Cons There has only been one time that the signage in the lobby said it was "updating" and I couldn't get it to actually update. Pros I find great value in being able to publish to one location, and then disseminate to multiple locations. Quick easy to reach customer service. Great onboarding team that worked with us to customize our display to match or branding. It's nice for customers sitting to see the time and forecast as well. Pros Software allows any new user to navigate and learn how to publish very high quality advertising, notices, etc. Many of the photos are usable without really needing to go find one of your own. I like the flexibility to be able to manage the photo and font size and the amount of photos that can be utilized. I use full screen photos on events that are coming very soon to stand out and catch the eye. Cons Really don't have anything negative to say. It's easy to use and customer service is great. Pros REACH allows us to schedule announcements on multiple screens at any time. I also love the social media integration that creates content for us by pulling in curated hashtags. Cons The in-system announcement creation is not great. They make the system fly. Cons In the world of Google products, the software is not necessarily intuitive. Pros I love that I can easily add slides from my computer and it pushes it out to the screen immediately. The colors are bold and our customers have commented that they like the new features. We phased out our old digital signage system and was up with Reach the same day without a single problem. Amazing customer service and always willing to assist at a moments notice. Cons I don't have anything that we like least about using the Reach software. The implementation was a breeze and couldn't have asked for better assistance launching the new system. December 20, 2016 5.0 Setting up digital signage in our new building has been an adventure. The REACH team supported me all the way, from learning what options I had, to advising me on how approach my content to make it more effective, through experimenting with different hardware and setups, to developing the final layouts we will be using. The software itself is very flexible. We've been able to create a setup that will let individual departments manage their own content, while the overall installation is managed centrally. I am very satisfied with REACH. Pros Very flexible. Great support. From there the ability to bring in events from EMS is top notch. I would very highly recommend Reach to anyone. Cons Everything is great about Reach. I have nothing but great things to say. It has more of a "social media" feel to it than flat advertising and people notice. Pros The REACH software is very intuitive and easy to use. Updates can be made quickly and changes are immediate so I can keep the displays current and relevant. Any time I have ever encountered a hiccup, the support team has been very responsive and follows up to make sure things are working properly.
