Pros The ability to communicate with our employees and and I use it to display photos of events we have had, birthdays and morale boosting messages and upcoming events. Cons It is a little user unfriendly however this just may be that I have not had the adequate amount of time spending learning all the different capabilities that come with the software. We use the schedule on 5 TV's, Website, and APP Cons I do not like the fact that the schedule is not very user friendly. It's very easy to navigate within the program. I am extremely pleased with this product. Pros This software is very effective with disseminating information to all of the employees. Pros I liked all the options that were available. we were seeking to open a bigger office and physical location and have displaying showing rolling information and this solved that problem. Cons The distance for the wireless connection. We had a minor problem where the display point and wireless connection didn't reach. We needed maybe 10 more feet and couldn't make it work so the connection had some interference. If that was stronger or the distance was further this would have been aplus Review Source AA Aaron A. Everyone at REACH is so pleasant and easy to work with. They are also very fast to respond to questions and inquiry's. They truly make you feel like you are their only customer! Pros The REACH software is very easy to use. It takes no time at all to familiarize yourself with how everything works and just hit the ground running. On top of that, their customer support is amazing. Cons We have been using REACH for over 6 months now and I can honestly say there isn't anything I do not like. It works as it should. Pros This is a great centralized cloud solution where multiple department can easily update content (Marketing, Funds development, branches, etc...) remotely with specific unique permission. Pros I love the fact that we can show our current customers participating in our programs via picture or video. Cons I have not found a feature I don't like. Features that I had hoped for were already a part of the package were there. I did ask for something new and sure enough the support team was able to complete my custom request easily and perfectly. I think their software is their secret weapon. Plus it is platform agnostic so I can make changes with any device. Cons It is not very user-intuitive. The install was very easy, and the connection has been perfect. Cons The only con that I can think of is that I have to hit refresh every time that I make a change or add a slide. We are able to reach more people within our company Pros \-Easy to use -Easy to update content -Easy to teach others -Customer service is great Cons I wish there were more stock images where you can edit the text on the stock image. Such as the Happy Birthday stock image. I wish I could edit the Happy Birthday text on the image to add the name of the person. Instead of adding a text box and trying to match the font and color of the font.
