After lots of research, REACH was the winner in our book. With the affordability and ease of use it was an easy decision for us. September 4, 2019 5.0 We are using Reach to help keep our Patrons informed of programs and activities we offer. Patrons and guests are drawn to the screen and are able to see what we offer in the present and future. Pros I like the announcement section. Entering announcements is easy, intuitive and helps me be creative. Cons The daily schedule part. I love the announcement section, but dislike having to enter daily classes and other activities. Pros All the announcements we've created has been in Powerpoint, which for us, has been a little easier. But that's the best part -- the integration to applications. Pros Easy to use and I like to be able to add all events with start/end dates at various times and not the week or day of the actual event. Cons Seems to work best on Google Chrome. " January 28, 2016 5.0 Pro's: -Responsive customer service/troubleshooting -Prompt onboarding/integration -Reasonably priced -End Product is professional looking -Back end admin site - easy to use/change content -Integrates with EMS software (another scheduling software with API's) to automatically pull data (no double data entry) We also pull our social media onto our signage which is a great communication tool for our client. We highly recommend REACH and their products. If there are any shortcomings, Darren & team are working on them (expanding social media tools, closed captioning within videos) but its core functions are superb. Highly Recommend. We have 15 screens in six facilities across the National Sports Center (NSC) communicating daily schedule information, way finding, and important announcements and alerts. The NSC is the world's largest sports complex and has over 3 million visitors so having a digital system as robust and reliable as REACH is critical. I've also been impressed how REACH has continued to improve its technology year after year, without raising prices. Service is excellent as well. Pros I tried this when I had to do graphic designs and marketing for a company when I had no experience in it. The templates are cool and fresh and I was able to make small tweaks and it was on brand with my company. Cons It had a learning curve and took some time to play around with it and figure it out. July 7, 2017 5.0 Pros The biggest advanatage of Reach is the simplicity. Also, the web interface is very easy to use and requires no training. Cons The biggest con I have come across is that it runs off of a special local user on the system and the setup is a bit cumbersome.
