Pros Love to see it live from a distance. It is very attractive in its appearance. The layout is great. Very nice to have the time and the temperature. I love that I can work on it from anywhere and that I am able to search for items online and download them to use. I can work on it from anywhere that I have a computer and the web. Cons I wish it would be easier to catalog my entries and get them in a good order. It is difficult to sort through what I have. October 3, 2017 5.0 Being able to sell our own advertisements is a new boost to our revenue streams. It has helped us push for a new position to help fill that role without the software that would not be possible. Pros The software is very easy to use. Uploading videos is a welcomed new feature. Overall, the software is great! Cons Glitches with the advertisements. Probably due mostly to our IT issues though. I had seen it in use at our local recreation center and inquired with them about their vendor. I was directed to Tyler Storm who walked me through all of the features in a webinar. The REACH team was quick to help me set up our screen and provide me with training. I was able to then train my office staff on using the platform, which they also found it easy and non-threatening. December 7, 2017 5.0 Pros The REACH program is very user friendly and simplifies the process of updating important information in a quick and efficient manner. The dashboard has always provided easy navigation and with the newest update it gives the REACH program a whole new updated look with new features! I'm excited for future features as well like the calendar! Cons Sometimes it's difficult to manage the text and photo layers when creating an announcement. We had a team research many of the companies on the list, and REACH's solution blew them away from a technology, customer usability and cost standpoint. Plus, if you need any customization like we did to pull information from legacy systems, their team of developers will take care of it. Great customer service for the entire UCLA Campus! We have been able to create eye-catching content that makes customers stop and not just walk right on past. I am very pleased to be working with REACH. They continue to enhance the product with new features on a regular basis and I look forward to implementing them in the future. Pros Touchscreen integration. Engaging with your customers in a different way than your competitors. This provides great opportunity to keep customers involved and learning more about what we offer. Support team has been fantastic. You don't leave a message and wait for someone to call back. The support team answers the phone and helps you right then! Efficient and super friendly. Integration. They integrate with lots of apps. Social media feeds, calendars, schedules and camera feeds all in real time. With a wide assortment of screen templates and widgets, content is easy to import or create within the software. The installation and setup of our 2x2 video walls was surprising easily. Our internal issues with getting boxes online has been frustrating but REACH customer support has always been very helpful and easy to reach. Pros I like the displays and the amount/variety of stock photos available for use. Announcements are easy to set up and change. I run a fitness center and currently use digital signage in our front lobby for announcements and in our gym and aquatics wing for facility schedules. All the staff were great at catering to the unique needs of our facility. We currently are setting up the mobile app to make it even easier for our members to see what's happening. Furthermore, I can insert video and graphic to make my idea look great. Cons I am seating here trying to think of something that I don't like and I thought I had something. However, after I went and check they had the option to specify what time I could start and end a video. November 5, 2018 5.0 One of our biggest goals as a school is to keep all stakeholders informed of what is going on within the school on a daily basis. Our interactive TV, along with the REACH software has allowed us to reach that goal. With a few clicks of a button, our daily announcements, student shout-outs, or other important notifications are published and easy for all to see. Pros I love that I am able to access this software from anywhere. Even if I am not in school that day, I am able to send announcements out so the students/staff/community members can see them! I also love how user-friendly the REACH interface is. Cons I am not sure I would identify this as a con, but we always appreciate software that is low-cost because of the tight budget we are on.
