I have had positive contacts any time I need help. Anytime I submit a ticket, the response time is quick and problems are resolved in a timely manner, follow up is excellent

Pros

I like being able to upload something and being able to display it. Its also convenient to be able to display our daily events and easily make changes

Cons

I wish there was a glossary, I am not sure what some of the new terms mean & how to use them. I also miss some of the old templates, holidays, exercise...

Everyone from the sales team to the tech support are fantastic. There is minimal wait time when it comes to resolving an issue and the team is always checking in to make sure things are running smoothly.

Pros

This software is so easy to use. The ability to check in on all our screens across the province through the Dashboard feature and reset systems if necessary is great. REACH has updated their software recently and all the changes have been beneficial, especially the video uploader.

Cons

It would be great if clients could integrate the scheduler from the tv communication side into the app calendars without needing tech support.

Being able to quickly communicate to staff or members throughout the state. Staff being informed of local events also helps improve employee engagement.

Pros

CMS GUI is very intuitive for the most part. Love the dashboard and being able to quickly view status of all players, both in our HQ and throughout the state. Their software is reliable and consistent. Support staff is very helpful.

Cons

If I have to think of things that I don't like about the software, it would only be a chance to improve the consistency of weather feeds, although your software is probably pulling from a third-party so this doesn't reflect much on REACH. The only thing I can think to improve their product would be to implement the App for content management. I have downloaded it, however it appears it is still in production.

Pros

Ease to setup users. Ease to send announcements to the players. Training provided by Reach is very helpful. Very easy to setup overall and users have easier access to make and push announcements.

Cons

Restarting/refreshing needed unless you wait 20 minutes for new announcements to appear.

REACH helped us choose the software and hardware system that we needed to replace ones that were old and outdated. We were up an running in a very short period of time.

Pros

Previous software that we have used in the past has been very cumbersome in terms of set up and data entry; it often took a long time before we could get information even posted on our electronic bulletin board systems. With the new software, the approach is very straightforward and quite easy to master. This has allowed our staff to get information posted quickly. Also the functionality of the system in terms of scheduled posts, time limited posts, etc. provides us with the versatility we needed.

Cons

Nothing currently...regardless, if he hit a snag, customer service is only a call away.

Overall my use of Reach has been above average. Especially with customer support. The program runs smoothly, there are icons with suggestions or help when needed. And you can reach out to multiple groups you have created. There is a fee if you want to send more texts. However, with the amount of marketing I handle each day for my business the app meets my needs.

Pros

What I like most about the product it is free if your usage is below 50 or less per day. The program allows you to send group emails to individuals. I hate those annoying group texts when everyone responds and your phone is constantly pinging. This program prevents multiple responses in a group email format. Additionally when someone responds the other group text recipients don't see their response.

Cons

Initially, the setup was a bit complicated this is part was due to the program being designed for iPhones. Once I reached out to customer support they readily provided scripting for me to set up the program on my Android phone. No issues after the initial setup. The final thing to remember is the program works solely from your phone. To my knowledge, there is no website to perform any task.

Reach has gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we are 100% satisfied with our purchase. Customer service has been remarkable and versatile to matching every need we have, even the ones that ended up being rather unique. Highly recommended.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to teach.

Cons

Cross-platform (specifically Mac) solutions are not terribly reliable. Works 100% great on PC though.

The ability to manage the various systems, in various buildings, from any desk top is a great benefit. The ability to communicate with our membership using the digital bulletin boards is something we are very excited about and already seeing benefits from in our restaurant and golf course.

Pros

Really easy to use. Our members are engaged and find the calendar interface very helpful We're already planning to expand the number of boards in our community.

Cons

We're still learning, so we don't have any comment here. We did have some challenges, but REACH addressed them, so we're happy.

Member communication is up and members are registering for more classes that we promote on our screens. I have recommended the REACH system to our other branches in the YMCA of Greater Seattle association. The experience and the team at REACH has been wonderful. Looking forward to continuing to work with the lovely folks at REACH!

Pros

The University Family YMCA has been using the REACH platform for about 3 years now. We love the intuitive features the software offers in an easy to learn format. You can really customize your slides and screens to what you want them to say and do. We have gotten consistent feedback from our members that they love what we do with our screen and are always stopping to look at what is upcoming in the branch.

Cons

Nothing too major! It would be nice to be able to customize the look or colors of the layout. A simple color change of the screen would catch eyes. At the Y we have 5 logos with 5 color schemes, so changing it season to season would be a nice, but not necessary, feature!

Extremely user friendly program. I like the fact that my posts are display almost immediately.

Cons

Our layout was customized to suit our needs, on the lower portion of our screen I can only add Word of PDF doc in portrait layout

Our Director had used something similar in her prior job. Other groups within our company recommended it.

Getting the word out. I make announcements and send newsletters but that doesn't seem quite enough :-)

Pros

it gets the job done. It's colorful. I can work on it from any computer. I can have as many screens as I want.

Cons

That you can't change fonts color and size within the same text box. You can only make one screen alerted at a time. I would like a few at a time. All the screens don't have the same thing at the same time. (I have 5). I can't get the scroll option how I want it. Photos don't always move front to back. I'd like to be able to have a faded photo in the back of my text box. When you move to the edit box it messes up the location of the text (it makes it lower and won't move it to the top of the text box) I absolutely can't use this function.

Besides some previous models having hardware issues, the overall experience has been great. Customer support is quick to assist.

Pros

Our customized Opal Foods dashboard that displays the temperature and weather of all our locations while also displaying announcements.

Cons

The 'player' names under the player tab do not match the 'playlist' names under the announcements tab. For example, one of our playlist names is "Demo", which does not reflect the corresponding player name "Hathaway Processing". This can be a problem when moving players around.

Very easy to use and gets our announcements and class schedule out to all of our staff and clients at the studio. Love the versatility with videos vs still shots on the screen. Love that it can be programmed very quickly to get new or special announcements up onto the screen in just a few minutes. This is such an improvement over the power point slides that we were using for all of our studio announcements.

Pros

Easy to use. Great customer support. Enjoy all the different features and functions with being able to use videos/social media and the quality of the announcement slides.

Cons

Have only had a few glitches with getting the program started at first. Would like to see a change in the saved pictures so that you could save them all and then rearrange them into categories.

We struggled to find a good solution until we implemented REACH. REACH allows us to display our daily schedules as well as news and marketing information. Customer support has always been top-notch.

No drawbacks. Took a while to get set up and realize the full potential but that’s to be expected.

Outstanding relationship with Reach from the start. The company really wants to help you and they have always been great if we had some sort of snag! I can always count on their technical support to solve any problem.

Pros

The Reach Media platform is very easy to use. Create promotions and events in minutes! and then have them displayed within seconds!

Cons

Wish the system had the ability to play live cable television channels alongside the promotion content on the same monitor in a split screen.

Reason for choosing REACH

Reach gave me everything we were looking for at an affordable price point many years ago. In the last 2 years, the entire George Washington University has gone to Reach for their digital platform after spending years with a competitor.

Employee communication. The Reach platform is a key component for Zimmer Biomet to connect with employees. This platform is in most of our large US facilities and even plays video of key communication and town halls.

The Reach platform is adaptable and continues to meet our needs.

At times the configuration and streams are confusing and require assistance from the support team which has always been willing to help.

Enjoy working with REACH as they are very customer focused and provide individual consultation when necessary. Talking with a person vs. only virtual learning is still necessary sometimes and I appreciate their attention to this. The ROI with our guests and the communication reach far exceeds our monthly investment.

Pros

The ability to upload all types of media is key. Video content, Youtube, Vimeo, and still graphics all on one platform is priceless. The User Interface is very user friendly and the organizational flow provides an easy onboarding process for newer users to this type of technology.

Cons

The fact that I am not utilizing ALL of the great features still.

Overall, Reach is easy to use and accomplishes what we need. Sometimes we have trouble with Support though just doing EXACTLY what you ask for and nothing more, so we need to be careful with wording when submitting a ticket. For example, I put in a ticket to get my last name changed, and the Support person deleted my entire account and made a new one with the new name, and then closed the ticket (and didn't tell me anything). I lost all my players and all my settings and I had to call a second Support person to figure out why everything was different and to help me get it all back. So technically, the first person did what I asked and changed my name, but they did not bother to tell me I would lose my profile or that my account would actually need to be deleted and reinstated, and did not bother to help set up my new profile. We have had a lot of issues like this.

Pros

I like how easy it is to add youtube videos, and that I can monitor the digital displays in real time

Cons

I don't like that PDF's and images do not automatically format to fit in the screen nicely. I have to select either by width or by height, but either way, half of the image is cut off and I have to manually resize and re-align it

Pros

Fairly easy to set up and the dashboard is very intuitive. I also like the capability to import various data from multiple source.

Cons

Overall the con is minor but things like importing Power BI reports into the system are difficult at first.

We have been using REACH for 6 years now and it has been a great marketing tool for our business. We are able to make money off outside ads and easily get word out to all of our customers who visit daily on all of our upcoming events. I can easily upload videos we create and use the tools to provided to enhance those ads.

It's user friendly and we can be creative with our ads.

Cons

I would like to be able to add more font choices
