I wish there were more fade in and visual options, and longer length opportunities. Cons I have difficulty with videos that we do not have the specific download for. often times the videos we have are through YouTube, which does not upload well onto the system. It brings our company together even when we are apart. Above and beyond, REACH offers some of the best customer service I have EVER experienced, they are continually looking to improve the product and ready to explain whenever I have a question. REACH is a great asset for our gyms. Pros Easy to read formats for viewers. Easy integration for class schedule through google calendar. HD ads and stock images. Can upload videos for showing an exercise or class. A great way to let members know about our services, specials, new classes, events, welcoming new trainers and workout tips. Cons creating a new slide can be difficult with the text boxes as you can not text in different font size in the same box. It is hard to see the initial text box as they show up very small in the left hand corner. You have to manipulate the image to fit the box and it can be time consuming and you cannot crop an image if you only want a part of it and make the cropped image fill in the entire slide. It integrates with other platforms we use so we only need to update information in one place and it automatically updates on our displays. Customer support is also exceptional! Pros This software is very easy to use, and comes with so many options so you can decide what works best for you and your team! Anyone who enters our building can see the day's events, announcements, and up to the minute changes are simple. We are very satisfied with the system. Pros I am not a "tech" person but I can manage the software very well. I create a lot of PowerPoint slides and can easily upload them to the REACH system. Initially, I was able to set up the system with only a few minutes of training. You do not need a tech savvy person to be able to use the system. Pros The software is always easy to use and evolving to include the latest trends. I have not found another company that can offer all of the same services for such an affordable price with great customer service and management. Cons Honestly, I love everything about REACH, from the people to the software. They are always willing to work with me to resolve any problem I may have and brainstorm solutions/new trends for the future. This is a great company that is only getting better. August 22, 2019 5.0 We were trying to find a way to make sure that the parents and students of our martial arts studio always knew what was going on in our school such as test dates, events, holiday closures, etc. This has definitely achieved this goal and we have more participation in and awareness of what is going on in our dojo. As an added benefit, we are also able to highlight different student achievements and show pictures from various events and belt tests. The kids love seeing their pictures up on the screen! Pros I love that this software is user friendly and easy to use. The learning curve is very short and we were up and running very quickly. Our parents and students love it! Cons The only thing that I would like to see improved would be the ability to vary the text options within a text box. You can make some, however if you want to make big variations like in color, you need to create another text box. This is really a small thing and easy enough to work around though. I did have to reach out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] with a couple of questions and he was very responsive and even set up a video call so he could share his screen and walk me through the task. With a couple of clicks that I overlooked, we were able to get my 2 players set and ready for content. We have 2 great looking displays and have been able to better recognize the employees. Pros Ease of setting up the display content that looks amazing. Cons We are new to the product but I can't come up with a negative right now. I do think it is a little overwhelming with getting the information onto the player but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was very helpful in explaining it to us. This allows them to schedule their time to join the workshops, story times, etc.. (This keeps them coming back!) Pros The software is very user friendly. Requires little training to the user to obtain results quickly. The Librarians love it too for displaying events and quips and quotes. Cons There are no Cons. I could brag about the wonderful technical support offered. They rate number one in my book for valuable customer support services. Pros The ease of use and the customer service provided by Reach. Our scheduling software is archaic so the help they provided during initial set up was wonderful. The people at REACH were so helpful at working with us to get the initial main layout just the way we envisioned it and guiding through our options and finding out what would work best for us. Other platforms we had looked into didn't offer software that would give us the same flexibility or user friendly product or the same level of customer service and technical help. Pros I like how flexible it is for designing layout and content. I like how many options are available. I also appreciate the test viewing feature. Cons When you're designing content slides, there's not an "undo" feature and the font formatting can be tricky. Reason for choosing REACH REACH provided far more flexibility and customizable options. It was also easier for us to continue designing and controlling content on our end once the initial design was created and implemented by the REACH team. Review Source RH Randy H. With REACH, we are able to keep our digital display current and it is easy to change content. Pros The software seems very user friendly and intuitive. I love that it can be accessed from any web browser and it is easy to integrate video directly from hosting sites.
