Easy to maintain digital signage. The scheduling of items makes changes simple.

Pros

It is easy to setup and easy to maintain. And, since it is cloud based we can access it from anywhere. The digital players and software have really upgraded our digital signage.

Cons

I have no real cons regarding Reach, but the one thing I would request is the ability to change the chosen template ourselves rather than having Reach do it for us. When we initially chose our templates we were not sure how we would deploy each unit.

Pros

It is very easy to use and has a variety of things that one can use for the facility. The ability to design everything you need for the facility is the best part of the service.

Cons

Scheduling for programs could be a bit easier, but still a great service. The easier option for scheduling is when linking to a gmail calendar, it is much simpler than the scheduling that is offered.

Clean and easy way to display our events and what is going on within our department.

Pros

I like that the software can be customized to whatever organization you use it for. Customer support is always quick to respond when there's an issue with the overlay or just with the system overall.

Cons

It's a little hard to learn how to use if you aren't familiar with the software. Although the tutorials are great and explain everything, sometimes I wish I would be a quick and easy fix.

We just needed an easy communication board in our break room so that employees would get updates or announcements. Something that would be simple to use and not bog any one person down. The Reach System was perfect. We were up and running in a day as as we've gotten use to the system, we have started to explore more of the bells and whistles.....of which there are many.

Pros

Easy to use and a great value for the money. The Reach Team is great to work with.

Cons

Not really a con but I'd like to have access to as much stock content as possible. Stock Safety slides, etc.

Reason for choosing REACH

Price, friendliness of the Reach Team, and the fact that they were local in MN helped.

Pros

REACH offers a number of different player options. We've used the built-in support for Amazon FireStick devices to serve as players.

Cons

No complaints with the REACH Media system.

The Elliott Student Union at UCM uses this software to promote its programs, services, and events. We have other digital signage, but this one is noticed most often. This software helps us reduce paper waste and eliminates clutter while allowing us to showcase a considerable amount of information all in one place.

Pros

Mostly, I love how easy the software is to use and how everyone at REACH works so hard to support their customers.

Cons

I would like to be able to set a different end time on the last day of an announcement without having to create a separate/different announcement for it.

REACH is a great company, everyone on the customer serve line is extremely nice and helpful.

Pros

I am able to change things as we sell out of items. it updates in real time and is very affective for quick pop up for ads

Cons

With the active links that are in one of the layouts, those dont update as we update the content within that link.. we have to reboot the whole system every time.

We are able to display our program promotions on a screen and reach different users that might just be waiting in the lobby for a class to end. With the screen constantly displaying the programs that we offer.

Pros

The Reach Software is very user friendly. We are able to upload images for our program promotion. menu. The system allows images to have deadlines so that they will stop showing after a program is complete, takes the work off of the users to remember to go in and delete an image for a program that has already taken place.We have also started using Reach to display a digital menu board for our concessions area, this gives us a chance to show pictures of products and keep the menu up to date..

Cons

We have had some issues with the screen freezing up, we have to keep up with checking the display. I have to say that the customer service has been great when we have run into these issues.

Probably the best part of REACH is their excellent customer service and tech support. They are available all the time and are so willing and happy to help make whatever you want or need happen. And quickly! They are very fast.

Pros

I really like the advancements and improvements this software has made. I particularly appreciate them changing how they do their calendar scheduling so you can combine existing Google calendars instead of having to rewrite everything.

Cons

My biggest con used to be the calendar of events portion of REACH. It was not user friendly and it was very difficult and time-consuming to make edits. But once they combined with Google calendars, the process because infinitely better. This has been a real game changer.

Pros

Overall the software is easy on the budget and the tools are very user-friendly. Supply of photo art that is available is sufficient, but could have more business-style images. The ability to pull files in from multiple platforms is a plus!

Cons

There is really nothing I could say that is negative against this software. My only comment would be to suggest a larger library of quotes and business-related images.

Pros

I find it easy to use. I think the people who enter our building appreciate having the monitors so they know what is happening in the building and where their meetings are taking place.

Cons

I have found it frustrating when I see a feature, and when I click on it to utilize it, I am not at the price level to use it.

The customization on all fronts plus great customer support.

Cons

Unable to segment info across multiple TV locations within the same building without investing more into product. We just don't have the budget.

Reason for choosing REACH

REACH came with some good recommendations from other Ys. Also, it was exactly what we needed and what we were looking for with.

It's been a hit! Great way to get info out to the employees. Sport scores are a great feature to lure them into looking at the board.

Easy set up. Support while setting up. Continued support. Very versatile.

I end up figuring most things out but it I wish it was a bit more user friendly for someone like myself who isn't very familiar with this type of thing.

We are a non-profit needing to get our MANY MANY services known to first time customers as well as current customers receiving other services but may not know we offer certain others. And I can update and change from anywhere I have internet service and a computer!

Pros

Very easy to use with the great training received up front. Very good customer service and support. Take suggestions seriously to improve their product. We can implement changes/updates from anywhere we have internet/computer access - This has saved us HUGE $$$ over the years in travel and jump drive hoops!!!

Cons

I would like the widgets to be a little more user friendly with interface choices/settings vs. entering commands on a form.

Very good. The support team is quick to respond and very friendly which is essential to any service and makes the experience of using a product much more pleasant.

Pros

How quickly it updates and works. We have quite a bit of information we need to get out to our team and we love how quickly it works to get our information up.

Cons

Using the widgets. We had a difficult time adding the traffic widget and had to reach out to the support team. I still don't understand how that widget works.
