Plateforme très intéressante pour organiser ses événements. Les équipes sont disponibles et à l'écouter pour construire une solution répandant au mieux aux besoins.

Pros

La facilité de prise en main de la plateforme ainsi que les multiples outils proposés en font un très bon logiciel

Cons

La facilité de prise en main entraine un certain manque de personnalisation sur certains aspects de l’outil.

Il manque la possibilité de mettre des photos post event mais la plateforme nous aide à trouver des solutions pour y palier

Pros

Les équipes sont top, très réactives, adorables et le suivi utilisateur est très pro. L'imprimante à badge est très facile à prendre en main. C'est un gain de temps pour l'émargement et l'accueil fait par les hôtesses. Avoir des badges imprimés en live est très pratique pour que les participants de nos événements puissent networker et cela nous permet de ne pas gaspiller les badges des non-participants.

Cons

Pas grand chose à dire. Cela demande une petite prise en main mais la formation est très rapide

Selon la typologie de l'événement cette plateforme coche toutes les cases, que ce soit pour le checkin très pratique, ou la création d'une plateforme intuitive et responsive. En revanche, la partie matchmaking n'est pas encore assez développée à mon sens.

Pros

La flexibilité, la rapidité de réponse et la plateforme intuitive.

Cons

Limité dans la personnalisation de certains éléments. Beaucoup d'options payantes et selon les clients, cela peut être un frein.

Pros

Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié chez Digitevent, c’est le professionnalisme de l’équipe, sa réactivité, ainsi que l’accompagnement proposé tout au long de la collaboration. L’équipe est toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins, ce qui a grandement facilité l’organisation de nos événements.

Cons

Le seul bémol que nous avons constaté est un certain manque de personnalisation sur certains aspects de l’outil. Une plus grande flexibilité dans la personnalisation des fonctionnalités serait un réel atout.

Le logiciel DigitEvent est simple d'utilisation. En 3 cliques vous etes pret à pouvoir accueillir vos invités

Digitevent est toujours à l'écoute et réactif à nos demandes. J'ai la chance de travailler avec Damien depuis désormais 2 ans et c'est un véritable plaisir de pouvoir compter sur lui avec son professionalisme.

Cons

Le retour du matériel doit intervenir tres rapidement et nous laisse parfois peu de marge

Il y a un réel suivi de la part de DigitEvent, les réponses sont rapides et ils sont présents lorsqu'il y a des questions ou problèmes. C'est un plaisir de travailler avec \[caché sensible contenu\] :)

Cons

Parfois les tablettes ne fonctionnent pas en 5G et doivent être en WIFI. Cela pose problème sur certains événements.
