My overall experience is pretty decent, considering it does have general scheduling ability and patient tracking. It does lack some key features, especially when it comes to tracking the financial side of the system. **Pros:** I enjoyed using IDEXX Neo because designed to be user-friendly. It is quite an affordable program, and it has the ability to schedule appointments easily. It is very simple to use and is not very confusing to teach other employees. **Cons:** The things I liked the least about IDEXX Neo is that there are issues with the financial aspect of using the program. There are also issues with sharing records to other vets or owners. There are some key features that are lacking in the system, and it does seem to need some updates to make the system better. We signed up in March 2023 and ended the agreement in June of 2023 before using any of it. They told us the monthly fee would go up in July of 2023 and then each year annually Recently we found out the Card connect that is intgrated with Neo and recommended by Idexx had been charging us between 40-69 dollars every month since March of 2023. despite the fact that we were told everything had been cancelled. They charged us upwards of 1400 dollars and refunded only 207 to this day and refuse to credit us any more. . I;ve spent hours on the phone with the credit card processing company and despite Idexx telling us we have to contact the card card merchant to get a refund they sent us back to Idexx.
