I have not complained over the years, the same representative was always short with me and seemed like she just had something better to do than direct calls. Today was the final straw, she told me to stop being rude to her!! She couldn't hear me I couldn't hear her. I spelled out my request and I was told not to be rude. Being rude just isn't me.
