Likelihood to Recommend: 10.0/10 Not

Pros: Ease of use for managers. Reporting. Item level inventory capabilities.

Cons: That we didn't start using it when I first started in the convenience store business.

Overall: The software is easy to use and capable of doing everything we needed when we set out looking for backoffice software.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is simply a wonderful product.

Comments: Rude customer service representative. I have not complained over the years, the same representative was always short with me and seemed like she just had something better to do than direct calls. Today was the final straw, she told me to stop being rude to her!! She couldn't hear me I couldn't hear her. I spelled out my request and I was told not to be rude. Being rude just isn't me.
