Pros

UX is great and so is the fluidity of the software. I've never confused what to do.

Cons

Limited by scope. Extensions and APIs are hard to work with.

LeadsRx helps attribute digital site traffic to offline mediums, while it is not an exact science, it does a much better job than any other solution we have tried.

Pros

LeadsRx helps provide proper attribution models that accurately weight our on and offline media presence for more accurate attribution and a better understanding of our consumer's journey through our site.

Cons

I am not a coder - setting up conversions and other goals on the site is not intuitive and requires some trial and error. The customer service team is supportive and able to walk me to the process but it took some time.

Pros

Pros

This software is easy to use once you learn how to. This software is a good value for the money, and helps start-up eCommerce businesses to grow their businesses exponentially.

Cons

There is quite a learning curve before you can use the software to its fullest potential.

So far, I'm having an OK experience. I just wish there were more visuals.

Pros

The setup is my favorite part of LRX. Our seemingly complex campaigns were a breeze to set up in the platform. The help we received from the LRX team made it even easier. The system is very flexible.

Cons

Pulling meaningful insights is difficult. We switched from a different MTA platform which had a larger suite of graphs. The graphics in LRX are minimal. To pull additional insights, you have to rely on the raw data and manipulating it manually.

I love being able to show clients how to save money by targeting their advertising dollars to the correct zip codes and regions.

Pros

It was beneficial in targeting clients to geographic areas for digital marketing, and selecting radio stations based on zip code listening and demographics.

Cons

There really isn't anything that I didn't like. Maybe the mapping aspects could be less cluttered.

Overall, it has been a good thing to have, and very affordable as a dealer group.

Pros

This software helps us target attribution better than Google Analytics, because we can pull in schedules from traditional media platforms like TV and Radio to see attribution at those airing times specifically.

Cons

However, this product was marketed as a turnkey, easy to use platform, which is not the case. You have to input information every month, and their attribution is not as accurate or as pinpointed down to sale as expected.

Their support team is quick to respond and help customers.

Cons

As a lead attribution tool, the level of data provided is not enough. If you want to bake in revenue, keywords and create custom reports, this tool just doesn't fit.

Great customer service and handling of the account, always will to answer any questions or have a call to explain anything further. This really sets them apart from other free alternatives and allows for a greater understanding of the data.

Pros

The software is so easy to use and set-up, you don't need to go on a course to interpret the data - which is refreshing working in digital marketing!

Cons

The settings functions are not always clear during the initial set-up, but a CS advisor helped me to understand and sort any issues I had out.

Pros

I thought it was pretty good for attribution. Not too advanced, but not too complicated so you can get in, get what you need and be able to show your client the reports.

Cons

I had to have logs manually uploaded and it was not seamless with our software; but that was because of the different systems we used as a company.

There are many daily emails that are sent out to alert you of new data for a client. It’s overwhelming but I haven’t discovered how to limit to once a week.

Pros

I was very impressed with the backbone of the software. Meaning the founders/creators are data-driven and smart about how they have built the structure. Setup was extremely quick and simple. If you're looking for an out-of-the box attribution modelling tool, this is a great option.

Cons

Unfortunately there were some specific custom elements that were needed for our situation and there was a different option that could be tailored to fit our needs. No knock on LeadsRx, our circumstances were extremely unique and it wouldn't have made sense for them to make such a large adjustment to their software for one customer. Another minor item, the UI has some room to improve to become cleaner.

It allows me to see data all in one place that I would otherwise have to root through 3 or 4 platforms for then put some calculations together and, if you're just starting out you don't have time for that but money is so scarce at that point you have to do or fail.

Pros

It literally took me less than minute to set up, nothing about it was complicated. It just GOOD (I mean this in a positive way) the simplicity of the design was such a good idea in order to provide at a glance snapshot views if you're in a hurry. But then it has the deeper dive info behind it, again laid out perfectly.

Cons

Im going to be honest and I actually don't have a least like after a solid few weeks of having it. I think it's great.

Pulling a variety of online advertising data from a variety of sources has value, however, we ultimately need to be able to match everyone move-in to the advertising source in order to realize the ultimate value. It's likely this would have to be through the development of a custom API to our management software becasue the current process isn't scalable and very time consuming.

Pros

The ability to pull in data from multiple sources via an API is valuable.

Cons

For our industry, self storage, we need to be able to attribute actual physical move-ins to our facilities to various online marketing campaigns and the process of uploading our move-in and lead data into the platform is very clunky and difficult to implement.

Pros

This App actually shows the data available in simplest way to understand and I am currently on the free plan, still great features for free version.

Still getting use to some part of the Report
