Pros

  • But overall, we are pretty happy with it for the money.

  • The ease of which I can track my customers, input their treatments with the pricing, and notification of completed treatment. It's AWESOME and takes less time to enter as used.

Cons

  • There needs to be an option (trigger rule) to set up a "sales drip" email campaign for lost leads.

  • Three items are difficult. Payments should be automated and not a manual run if set up for monthly payment.

"FieldRoutes Review"

Overall: Overall, it does what we wanted it to do with subscriptions, billing and scheduling. Do we wish it were better is some areas? Yes. But overall, we are pretty happy with it for the money.

Pros: It's great to be able to set up a subscription customer for life using the customer agreement and auto-renewal features. And the scheduling works great.

Cons: The mobile app isn't very easy to use, so we've mostly stopped using it. The reports are not very good. Could be way more comprehensive. Especially for technician upsell data.

Reasons for Choosing FieldRoutes: I was referred to you guys by a friend in the pest control business. That played a big part. The scheduling piece of things seemed much better than others, which we liked.

"Excellent Program! "

Overall: Regardless of my issues, Customer SERVICE WAS THE BOMB. I use other softwares in another line of work, and don't get this kind of customer service. I recommended search by Invoices, not sure if my recommendation was what spurred this upgrade, but I certainly felt listened to. As I have used the product I have gotten better, and when I need something or don't understand why the product is doing something, the explanations from customer service are timely, educational and patient.

Pros: The ease of which I can track my customers, input their treatments with the pricing, and notification of completed treatment. It's AWESOME and takes less time to enter as used. Also like the merchant pay portal and the reporting features. I couldn't say more about the reporting features, it's just amazing!

Cons: not reliable when using a free email service and the extra costs to that, though minimal was annoying.

Reasons for Choosing FieldRoutes: ability to download to excel and export the data that I need for reporting taxes, chemical, history of appointments, ability to run reports on most everything (very very important for tracking purposes) and the ability to see in real time, where the technician has checked in, and when completed.
