### "Horrible Customer Service"

Horrible experience. After you do the onboarding process then good luck with ever getting help again. They could care less once they have your money.

Pros

I didnt like anything. It is horrible and so is the com0any and its employees

Cons

Horrible customer service. I pay over $200 a month for a program that i can't even use. They get you with a 2 year contract and then they could care less about your business or helping you. I will tell everyone i know to never give this heartless company any of their hard earned money.

### "Great Software System"

This has been great for our pest control. Its saved us so much money and time. Making our service super efficient.

Pros

Using this software has decreased the amount of paperwork we were using. Plus we can book in next appointments whilst on site and the scheduler allows us to move, change booked in appointments.

Cons

Can't always easily find work orders that have been cancelled or skipped would be better if you got an alert for this.

Pros

I was misled by the salesperson, now they want over $1000 to cancel after I was told a year agreement. They made it 2. The platform after 2 on board calls did not fit with my company. Now they are holding me hostage. Bad business. As a single mom, running a business with covid; I now have to fight this. I can see if I used it for over 30 days' I did not. I had a salesperson lie to me and 2 calls to actually set up the platform. I will be disputing, contacting the BBB and small claims court if necessary. Do Not Sign On Until you are 100% First. This is not accessible to the field technicians through an app like I had asked for.. BUYER BEWARE !

Pros

I like the ease of pestroutes it makes things very easy and streamlined. The integrated review system is great and lets us get the instant feedback we need.

Cons

I think there can be some improvements to the way routing is done. But it is possibly im not using it to its full potential.

The different kind of reports. Differente ways to search for customers. Easy to learn and can be use outside work place.

Cons

Having a an issue does not get resolved fast. A ticket is created and days or weeks may pass and it has not been resolved.

Any time I have ever had to call customer service for a technical problem for any program ever, I have never had to automatically be forced into a Turbo Meeting. Those are usually reserved for when you no longer have an answer. This is what ServicePro seems to be primarily made of. When there is an issue, even after they've forced you into a pointless Turbo Meeting, it takes TWO MONTHS for them to resolve whatever issue you had. Whether it be a programming issue THEY caused in the first place or an issue of another sort. I've been MOST dissatisfied with how they deal with their issues and the time in which is takes to resolve the issues. The program itself is acceptable overall, but you had better hope you don't have a problem with part of the program because it will never be resolved and they are the least helpful people I've ever dealt with.

One of my favorite aspects of ServSuite, is the ample amount of of reports they offer. If you can't find one you need (which I doubt) you can create your own custom report. All of their reports can be exported to Word or Excel. I love it!

It's made my stress level go down quite a bit. It allowed us to go paperless and not have to enter all of those invoices by hand.

Cons

So many updates with so much to learn. It can be overwhelming. I don't know how to use many of the features.

The program is Simply Amazing I cannot wait to you lies every single function. It's simply just Springs you to a pleat different level of operation with your business and removes so much wasted time and stress it is just simply amazing great job thank you to everyone. I strongly recommend this program to anyone in this industry if you do not have this program you're missing out and losing money.

Pros

This program does everything in a simply amazing in an absolute necessity for profit and loss scheduling and unlimited amount of data and detailed information that most business owners don't even think about. I was using another program the biggest positive is the customer service and support team are all top notch and always ready to go.

Cons

There I really no negative features when comparing to other programs if you want to run your company right this is the program.

This software can do a lot of things for a business. I like how it keeps up with customers and stores their information.

Cons

There is so much that can be done on this software, but it is overwhelming and time consuming to learn what can be done with it besides the basics.
