Pros

It has great reporting options, extremely versatile and yet its so easy to use. It has saved us hours per day in office work because of the great automation features.

Cons

PestRoutes has been quite a bit more expensive than our old provider, but it has been well worth the cost.

Pros

I like it's ease of use and how easy it is to teach to my office staff. I also like how easy it is to schedule efficient routes and keep track of services due.

Cons

It needs more robust reporting features. They are working on it right now and have already made good headway.

We were not very happy with overall experience and we converted over the Pespac.

Pros

I didn't like this software. It's not user friendly and the reports were just impossible to try and figure out if it needed to be specific to something.

Cons

The reporting program and just the overall set up was frustrating to me. When customer service was called, the problem was never fixed and my office manager would just end up frustrated and we would have to figure out how to work around so many different things that weren't fixed.

The language barrier is difficult when calling for support. Overall soft wear works well and easy to fix and figure out any problems.

The routes are sometimes insanely difficult with distances of thirty miles in between. The time allotment for stops is unreal as well. How can anyone justify ten minutes to do a good job?

Pros

It has Google map coordinates, house photos and phone numbers of clients. There are material lists, weather and reviews for individual technicians

Cons

Having the info at your fingertips is convenient however it's very hard to access the MSDS of the different chemicals without an internet connection. In fact, even when the device is plugged into a computer with a full net connection you will get a message saying no internet is detected and it will not allow you to access your route or even to log in. Sometimes the only connection we have is a Starbuck's or grocery store yet it will constantly give the message that no connection is detected.

Pros

Easy to navigate between accounts. Payment processing was easy

Cons

scheduling was a bit difficult, but this was back in 2015 so I don't remember specifics

My routing is much more efficient. It allows me to plan and look ahead and track things all with a simple filter. I have all the information I need in order to be able to make decisions to run my business.

Pros

Great value. Great customer support on the backend after the initial sale.

Cons

The sales routes app can be confusing and hard to use. I am a year in and still do not know how to use it.

Pros

PestRoutes is super easy to use. They have incredible features that have taken a lot of daily grind out of our work day. Many things we had to do manually before can now be done automatically. Their on-boarding and support personnel are great! Many features, such as the customer portal, have made customer communication easier and more effective.

Cons

We have gotten some customer feedback that the reminder notifications are not working like they are supposed to.

Ease of use, clean design and straight forward. Monthly fee is minimal compared to most other software companies. Customer base integration was flawless. Everyone learned the basics in a short time. Great customer support

No expense options. Wish they had state specific forms included in the package.

Pros

Very confusing in the beginning. Cuts down on hands on time. BUT you did not have a type of company for my industry and I had to make it up. Few glitches like that frustrate me! We are in the pest control industry or service industry and you had no place for me to even put it in.

Cons

I would like to be able to pull up invoice #s on the search bar because that is what people pay by.

Pros

Its very simply and easy to use. The screens are not complicated and conversion was easy. Great pricing!

Cons

The system freezes some times, like once every 3 months. I have been a user for about 6 months and it has been down 3 times

I like programs that just "work". Nothing complicated or not natural in motion, just plug and play and click and point and it works. That is exactly what PestROutes is!
