Pros

User friendly, excellent customer support, continuous improvements and then subsequent training to go along with the changes, university, online support videos etc...

Cons

I cannot think of any! All experience with this product has been a positive one so far. If we do run into an issue we contact support and they have it remedied as quickly as possible.

Pros

Everything all in one and ease of use. Easy to navigate and learn. The chemical add section helps with records

Cons

Don't want to be negative about a great software but the routing could imporove a bit and a better quoting function on sales routes

It was easy to navigate, it's allso easy to learn. I didn't require to much training to be able to e perfrom the necessary duties.

Cons

Can't think of one. The pestroutes system had so many features to utilize however they weren't difficult to learn.

We were using this software for scheduling and tracking customer information. Several glitches made it cumbersome, and hard to use as a long term solution.

Pros

This software had many useful features, such as texting customers.

Cons

The mobile app associated with this software was glitchy, making it difficult to use in the field.

I like the system. Was very time consuming to learn. At times very slow and has fewer shortcuts than our old system. Although there are things I do not like, there are many things I do like.

Pros

Can store a lot of information. Notifications, Posting & payments are easy.

Cons

The system can be slow at times. Do not like that you have Programs and then events, do not need both. Do not like that when a customer prepays is has to be to an event, not just to the customer profile.

It assists in my daily scheduling, payments, and collections for each client.

Pros

The customer service aspect from the representatives is PHENOMENAL!!! Never have I contacted the customer service number and was unable to get my issue resolved within that same phone call.

Cons

The updates interfere with what already exists most of the time, which then interferes with accounts. Some of the bugs that instantly appear cannot always be fixed within a matter of minutes to hours so it can lead to frustration and low performance on the office's end.

Poor, again poor customer service, lack of knowledge, difficult to set up.

Pros

We were excited to try it based on the demo.

Cons

Poor customer service, software has to be set up by you not them, the teachers did not know the product and had more than once put Plant Health Care throughout even though we do not do that, and requested it not be in there.

For a first time user with pest management software. Im very happy to use it. looks good, works well.

Pros

Looks very clean and polished. Easy to navigate.

Cons

Some of the areas of the interface that I need to use are not that obvious to me. At first glance it looks like some of the options are just light grey labels, but in fact you can click them. Example: Date, Time, etc.. to further setup a customer card.

My company has been involved with ServSuite for over five years now, and they are continually improving their service. After introducing one new feature after another, they continue to add useful function and value for the amount you invest in participating with their program. Customer support is always quick and responsive, offering fast follow-up if an immediate answer to a need is not possible. Allowing users to make suggestions for additional features or changes in the way the system operates is a huge plus for my company. It leaves the impression that they truly are customizable to how each individual company uses their features. We wouldn't be able to be as efficient as we are without ServSuite! I am looking forward to my first ServSuite University coming up in February 2017.

Pros

The integration of so many of our daily tasks are combined into one application, where we used to use four or five separate non-integrated apps.

Cons

There is no integration with an accounting program - like Quick Books. Also, we were not able to transfer customer service history successfully over to PestRoutes from our Quick Books program.

The representative we were linked up with! He is so helpful, friendly, hardworking, and has such a can do attitude. We feel like he really is a part of our team!

Cons

There is no way to view your whole months schedule at once. We came from a company that had many issues but that 'feature' was great!

Linking our techs in the field with the information in the office is great. The ability to go paperless is also a huge benefit for us.

Cons

The learning curve has been challenging for us. Some of the information during the import process didn't come over accurately .

No more paperwork! Also can see past services and initial issues.

Cons

It's kind of petty but when the office adds a new appointment or changes an appointment, the app does not tell you the date or time. Missed one because a new appointment was added late in the day and did not refresh the app to see it.

I've been using Pest Routes for almost a year now and it's been nothing but awesome!! The software has saved at least 10 hours of office work a week. Jared and his crew are always working to improve their software, unlike other companies who think their software is complete but it's living in the 80's. I researched and did demos with every software company I knew of and even spent hours with some to see all aspects of the software. After nine months of looking I'm so glad I found PestRoutes. Even my customers have made comments of how much they like the invoicing and customer portal to make payments and review the service.

When features go wrong, that actually interfere in my companies ability to function its a huge problem because, it takes too long for the people answering to send it to the programmer. They can usually NEVER fix the issue. Make you go through a series of wasted procedures that we have already tried before we call. (which is the last thing we want to do)Team changes are constant, I have a list of 20 people in 4 years that have been my contact person, with 20 telephone numbers. I still don't know what team I belong too.

Makes you cross every T and keep great records.
