Used the software for: ### "Great Pest Software" December 20, 2016 5.0 Our company switched to Pest Routes earlier this year and we love, love it. As this was our first experience with transferring our data to a new software and I was very nervous. They were able to import the majority of our data over which was very helpful. The support has been phenomenal. We received an initial training class and then of course as we migrated over there were lots of questions and we always had people who could walk us through what we needed to do. I'm very pleased with Pest Routes and would highly recommend to other companies who want to take their service to the next level. Owner Used the software for: ### "Highly Recommend" October 12, 2015 5.0 I have over 10,000 customers in the Dallas area and just switched. We were previously with an older, outdated software that we had outgrown. We looked at many of the other software's and weren't impressed -- some were too new and missing features we needed and others were clunky and hard to use. PestRoutes was by far the easiest to use with the features we were looking for. We have saved more in overtime costs than we pay for the software. We were able to learn the software in just a few weeks and they were able to transfer all of our data from SPCS. I would highly recommend these guys. Review Source SP Sara P. Very user friendly! Our technicians love having all of the information about their customers at their finger tips and no more paperwork! It is easy to follow, gives us all the information we need in any report format you could want and keeps us update to date on all our accounts. The customer service folks are wonderful. They have great daily training classes that take you step by step on how to use the program. If you have a problem, you just have to call and they will stay with you until your problem is solved. When we first started using it, we were not so impressed. Lots of glitches. Through the years we have watched this software grow into something we now love. There are still a few hiccups, but the support is second to none. Any issues or problems, we can always count on the support team to address those issues or concerns. I used to write my own programs until support staff came up with this great software. There is so much packed into a simple to use interface that I could not possibly have done myself, even if I did have the time. Support desk should be more knowledgeable. Sometimes I feel like I know more than they do. Emailing statements with logo should not interfere with printing statements without a logo.
