Field Routes solves the perennial problem of keeping records of customers, applications, dollars owed, scheduling and etc.

Pros

Although we have not used it long, from our initial presentation to the present, we have found it easy to implement, and easy to use. There are no long complicated methods to entering customer information, scheduling services, collection, and getting relevant reports.

Cons

To date, we have not found any appreciable cons to the software.

### "Keep away from this software"

If you are a growing company or even a well established company, avoid this software, it is time consuming.

Pros

Many issues with the software between the updates and glitches. Nothing to say good about.

Cons

Many issues with the software between the updates and glitches. Very hard for your team to learn about all functionalities. Many are useless. Worst part of it is the glitches about invoicing. Many invoices not created. We are leaving this week.

I find that the software is worth the money and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Pros

I work with over 40 branches. I like that I can easily jump back and forth from branch to branch. This helps with scheduling.

Cons

The software itself could use a facelift. It looks a bit outdated. Sometimes it runs a bit slower than I think it should.

### "Could be a lot better"

Customer service is good but overall getting anything resolved takes forever.

Pros

I like the ease of scheduling and moving customers. Looking up customers became easier when they added the option to look up invoice numbers.

Cons

Their mobile app is extremely slow or not working at times. The guys cannot see the amounts previously charged. The app has had a few "bugs" that took them a week or more to fix.

Overall experience has been great - a for sure improvement over Pestpac (except in the scheduling department). The support team is friendly & knowledgeable as well.

Pros

The software is easy to use, especially when running reports. There are multiple reports that gather any information you could possibly want. It is easy to train & continues to receive updates that benefit our company - employees & customers. It is clean & modern - enough information on each page without making it appear cluttered.

Cons

Scheduling could be improved. If a technician arrives at a stop out of order, it does not put it where he clocked in. We then have to review the QA reports just to see how he checked in. The combo of some of the access controls make it difficult for management to ensure employees are not adjusting items they shouldn't - invoices for example.

It creates invoices, takes signatures, and shows products used.

Pros

IT team is easy to reach and can usually talk with the same couple of people within a team. Software does what we need and keeps compliance.

Cons

We need help utilizing the software. Scheduling, invoicing, seasonal reminders, etc. We are using this as a very basic means and it appears there are more functions that we are just not aware of how to use. Training online is a drawn out and is a quiz template which takes forever to pinpoint what you are wanting to learn.

### "Pest Routes review after using it for a year"

We started using the software just about a year ago, in December of 2015. A rep came and showed us the basics, answering many questions with the utmost of patience. After the rep left, we had to call into the Pest Routes Customer Service department, many times. The customer service agent and her team of customer service representatives always helped us out, with a smile, despite the repeated questions. If the agent, or her team, couldn't give us an instant answer, they would create a ticket and get back to us. I would recommend this software to anyone running a pest control office. It has so many utilities included in the software, such as various reports detailing types of customers (those who pay with checks/credit cards/cash and how much and often they pay). It also has the ability for customers to leave feedback on the technician (which is also detailed in another report). It's easy for customers to be contacted for any voicemail the office can create beforehand as well as emailing/leaving voice-mails for the customers regarding their next service including time frames. I can go on and on, but I'm sure it's all in their marketing material. Great product with a great customer service/development team!

Pros

The best feature of PestRoutes is the method of notifying customers of their next service. We have the option of SMS (texting), emailing and calling (all optional, at the customer's request).

Cons

I don't like the Paid In Full report, not very functional for those with multiple subscriptions.

Versatility and customization. Meets most of our needs in one system.

Cons

As far as the conference goes, I think the seminars could have been titled and described a lot better. I found myself in several sessions that I wished my co worker would have gone to instead of me because it applied more to them. Or vice versa.

We use it because there is not too much on the market like it. It allows us to get the job done so we continue to use it, however it is very frustrating a good percentage of the time.

The monthly billing feature is the primary reason we utilize this software.

Scheduling in field routes is extremely cumbersome. Appointments get lost in the “ether” if you are not careful.

I am very happy with it, I started using this program many years ago, early 2000, so about 20 years watching it grow and become a very competitive service.

Pros

very versatile, the learning curve is a bit tough but once you understand how it works it can be a real quality time and money saver. Reports are detailed and help with many aspects of management. scheduling is probably the best component. customer portal and card payments are seamless.

Cons

the mobile application and stability, we have had issues in the field with tablets and the software. support has been good on resolution

### "The only way to go"

This software has made day to day operations easy. From the csrs to the techs to the service manager, all can easily use this this software. I highly recommend!

Pros

This software is not only helpful with your day to day routes, making routing your technician easy so they don't have to travel so far in one day grouping the homes that are closer together in one day. Csr work is done with ease making collections and customer info easy to get to and understand. I highly recommend this for small,med, or even large pest control companies.

Cons

I would say I would the app that links to pest routes (tech routes) map the route to each home a lot better. But apparently a new app was created and it is a lot easier to navigate the route through it with a little practice.

We have really challenged ServSuite to build/code new changes to be more tailored to our needs. Everyone we have worked with has really gone above and beyond in their efforts and we look forward to the final product. My reps have been very responsive to our needs. Thank you.

the software has come a long way over the last few years. we are new to using a lockbox and this feature has really streamlined our a/r. we are also getting ready to implement tablets for production and sales

Cons

the redundancies in the mouse clicks, for example: to print, we have click 3-4 times before something will actually print, to change job instructions you have to erase all the boxes one at a time, change the primary note and then apply to all future services and click one at a time to change current services (there should be one button to apply notes to all services), there are more examples but I have only listed 2. I wish financial holds were automatic based on criteria you would set up, instead of pulling a list and putting accounts on hold, the software should automatically do it.

### "Way too expensive for what it is"

Invoicing customers. But too long of a process at best 10min making a receipt for customers and had to pay for per email.

Pros

Routing part is ok. But too expensive for what it is.

Cons

1) $200 per month plus extra for anything phone, text, email. 2) too long to do an invoice for customers. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. 3) it was told that all products where imputed. But not so ( which was fine but) you have to go through everything and look up what you input in. Looks like there might be a 1000 applications of treatment so you have to hunt down which yours. With quickbooks which you do have input the product also anyway but not $200 a month nor email customers for free.

### "Pest Control Use"

Overall - ServSuite is an essential part of our day to day operations and I cannot see our company changing software in the foreseeable future. Their customer service is prompt, dedicated, thorough and reliable. This is truly the best software for our industry, hands down!

Pros

What I love about ServSuite is that not only does it track all of the vital information we need for our clients, but it allows us to paint a picture of their history with us. From initial set up, to scheduling recurring services, invoicing, payment history, collections and everything in between ServSuite is a one stop shop for our industry. They are also excellent at letting you know when and what kind of updates are on the way!

Cons

When it crashes, our entire branch is affected, which sends our daily operations to a halt. The scheduler tends to crash and malfunction as well.

Definitely has been great overall -- just think the software isn't as geared up for scaling as some other platforms are.

Pros

They really have done just about everything -- you can trust the software and take care of just about everything through their ecosystem.

Cons

For companies with several offices, there aren't as many features geared toward seeing stats from all of them in one place. Not super userfriendly in my opinion.

Changes are made to the database without notice. Ongoing issues that customer service tells you have been fixed are still an issue. The online customer portal continues to have ongoing issues - customer unable to access, unable to make online payments, etc.

Hard to tell. It runs good when you need it to then BUGS get into the system and things dont work so good. Trying to get answers and have customer support get back with you can sometimes be tricky..

Cons

When scheduling it says miles. Then you go to the map, and it is not correct. It is way off
