The features in the program overall have saved us time and money! We absolutely love that we can now email our invoices as quickly as pressing a button! It has also cut down on the time and hassle of collection calls/letters.

Pros

This program has more features that we even knew was possible! We are very happy with the Pest end of the program!

Cons

We were told that the WDO report side would be able to be customized to our liking and unfortunately that we were not able to do so and have to use a different company for the WDO still.

Absolutely love this program and the trainers/techs whatever you would call them I would like to say we became friends over the years

Pros

Everything, I love, love rep. I have worked with them both many times during the set up process for a couple companies. The software is great and has everything and more of what we need in our industry.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like really.

After one season, we are still learning about the software. Training was great, but implementation was touch and go- mainly because we are a seasonal business and the functions were not all customizable. Several questions to tech support have gone unanswered. Mainly a good software, but needs improvement for our business.

Pros

Streamlines routing, work orders, and reporting. Paperless billing, and storing account information more reliably than our previous method.

Cons

Doesn't do some of the things we need, frustrating to make changes on work orders. Creating forms is a nightmare. We can't even utilize invoices we have to use work orders because the invoices aren't customizable, and our state requires certain items on all invoices.

Pros

The integration was a little hard until I got used to it, very different from our old system. Processing credit cards is much easier.

Cons

I really don't like the fact of going back and forth between different screens, everything is not seen on one screen. I don't see an address when I am in invoices and that is what I am mostly looking at. When I check a payment it doesn't exactly say the date of the invoice, just the invoice number and then I have to look for that invoice.

User friendly, customizable, and allows for upgrades as needed to suit business needs.

Cons

Had a few problems during transition, however the team has been really helpful in resolving issues.

Loved it overall, it's intense to set up and intense to maintain but gives so much valuable data for maintaining your business and running efficient routes

Excellent extended reporting, program building ability, payment plans, auto processing, emails and notifications

Cons

lacks some scheduling functions like customer confirmations, geographical scheduling for customers etc

My experience with ServSuite has been very positive and am glad that I switched to them. Their customer service team that I deal with are very helpful in resolving my problems

Pros

If I had a question or a problem I needed solved they were very helpful. If I call and they don’t answer they always call me back usually within 5-10 minutes

Cons

The only negative experience I’ve had was when they assigned me an intermediate representative, He was slow to respond and often had to get back to me with a question. He is no longer with Ser Suite.

Pros

The greatest thing about this software is the ease and simplicity of using it daily. The best function is the Print to Mail....AWESOME!!! The support team that we have is AMAZING!! but I am sure that all of them are that way also!

Cons

The least thing I like about this software is...Nothing!!

The Transition to their programs was amazing. Staff is very helpful and I love that sometimes if the support line can't get the answer right away, they are like hold on just I sec I see one of the developers or the implementation specialist. It's nice that all their staff is like an arm length away and they really strive to get you questions answered right away. Doesn't take days to get things done like others we've had to work with.

Pros

Their program is pretty self explanatory and easy to navigate and now with the ability to communicate with DOW it's like one stop shopping. Can get everything done in one system. Simplified life, which is always a plus.

Cons

The only con I have is that you can't search up accounts by invoice #. Some payments come in with only a invoice # on it and having a search feature with that would be helpful.

Pros

The software has a lot of potential and has a lot of features, but unfortunately all of the features do not always work as intended.

Cons

Let's face facts, it's a glorified database. But what good is a database if data disappears or you can't get out what you're putting into it. Big vision but lack of follow through and support. Severely disappointed in this software package.

We supply our customers with a printout of the Sentricon stations around their homes with a time stamp for each station so our customers can see when our techs are at the homes and the time stamp has been messed up for quite a while, I was told they are working on it with programming , still waiting. The new drawing area was changed without warning and training , so it creates a problem operating the system, when we have to figure out the program.

Pros

It does allow you to run regular pest control and termite control on same program.

Cons

software changes all the time, without proper training.

Wonderful!

Pros

I love how user friendly the software is! After using PestPac for a year and a half I was introduced to PestRoutes and haven't looked back. It is so easy to use and makes my job as a small business owner so much easier.

Cons

The one thing I can think of is it would be nice to have some different templates for the different services in the industry such as mosquito and termite.

Pros

This a wonderfully automated system. The fact that I am now paperless means alot to us. I really enjoy the ease and depth of the reporting and scheduling has never been easier. I was a Pest Pac user for many years and I am so glad we made the switch to Pest Routes.

Cons

The hardest part of this was unlearning the procedures from our past software provider. It took me a minute to grasp the job pool but when I realized it was not a set appointment but merely a look at whats due.

This software is very easy to use and does what is needed for most pest control companies at a great price point. It also works very well for door to door sales in the pest control industry.

It was lacking some of the more advanced features that we were needing to effectively run commercial pest control services, such as barcoding.

Great reporting, efficiency, and a quick software to learn for end users both in the office and field.

Pros

We love the customer interface, Customer Reviews, Field software TechRoutes, as well as office program. Our old program took a lot of training and time to transition in new employees. With PestRoutes our training time is minimal and the ease of adding customers & scheduling work is so much faster. Our office staff love the ease of getting around the system and quick ability to set things up. You can see technicians progress real-time in the field and there are a lot of reporting that help you truly manage work flow of field personnel.

OVERALL MY EX EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN BEEN ABOUT A 7 OUT OF 10. THE REASON FOR THIS IS AN ERROR THAT COST THE COMPANY THOUSANDS OF $ OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. THE EXTRA CREDIT CARDS THAT ARE STORED AND THAT WE ARE BEING CHARGED FOR STORING ON THE VATIV SITE. WHEN POINT OF ACCESS DELETES A CARD THE CARD SHOULD THEN BE REQUESTED TO BE DELETED BY SERVSUITE TO VANTIV. THIS WAS NOT DONE AND WE WERE BEING CHARGED FOR YEARS.

THAT IT WORKS WITH THE PROCESSING COMPANY AND UPDATES CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.

At the time of purchase we were not using an online software.

Pros

Has many options to choose from. Wide variety of reports. Easy to understand and easy to show new employee how to use. I really like the videos showing how to use the different aspects of the software.

Cons

At one time the calculations were off because the software rounded everything up when taxed now there is extra pennies due that are unable to be paid or credited. Have brought this to their attention still not fixed.

I love that it has SEVERAL features I can use as far as emailing, texting, calling my customers to schedule work.

Cons

I don't like when I call for help and customer service always says they will have to issue a ticket. Usually they don't know what the problem is. But I have gotten to know a few people and now I am able to bypass customer service and get the help I need.

We have been using the software for a little over two years. I absolutely love it. There have been some challenges along the way but it has been a nice experience overall.

Pros

It's easy to use, easy to understand after you get used to it, it's very simple

Cons

It can be slow at times but usually doesn't last long. There are so many reports but in some situations, I can't find a report I need. One would think with the amount of reports that are offered there would be one to fit my needs
