Pros

The tracking and the intagration with other companies like DOW and A.R.M. The fact that they have a mobile app is also nice.

Cons

A lot of glitches that are always having to be worked out on the next release update. The mobile app has a lot of glitches.

Our experience with ServSuite has been overall positive. Our biggest complaint is that we access the program through the internet and find that it can take excessive times to load certain things within the program. The system often seems bogged down and slow loading, especially so within the scheduler. Appointments are easily accidentally grabbed and moved to a different time/date. Typing notes within the scheduler can at times be very delayed. I only find these things to be an issue within the ServSuite program and not any other internet use.

PestRoutes has great features for tracking, reporting, and automating your business.

Cons

Due to their rapid growth we did not receive much help with implementation. Many of their customer support members were unable to help with basic features of the software and we had to learn on our own.

More paperless functionality. No Extra Charges for extra/ new features. Easier scheduling and routing. WAY better pricing over previous software. Good support.

Pros

The document templates are awesome! Easy customer communication, easy reporting, There were a few things that we needed to customize and they worked with us to get it done. The PR team is very innovative and listens to what the customer's needs are.

Cons

There are a few things that we liked in our previous program that PestRoutes doesn't have. However, after using PestRoutes for a few months, it's hard to remember what those where. Mostly small things that we have since adjusted to. The program is not perfect but they always work on those small things when we need them to.

Familiar with it, adding clients is simple, like the new feature of being able to add photos and documents to the server, but it needs to be expanded so that photo files are not restricted.

Cons

Setting up forms, adding inventory, trying to find various places within the system to add notes for statements, additional cost to have a payment portal.

Wow! Potential new customers beware. If you are looking to use Pestroutes, beware. These guys charge $500 to give you a single backup of your own data. But it's only six fields of data. They don't give you all the the information. Apparently they say they own your customers data. Talk about sleazy business practices. We have had problems with this company in the past, they double billed us for 6 months. I wrote a bad review on Google that finally got the owners attention and I took it down after he reversed those double charges. But our inquiries into support were ignored up to that point. They are slowly making improvements to this software. After a year of using this software, the updates and changes are minor. They are now owned by a investment company. Before they sold, the owner (Jared Green) agreed that his software was not a good fit for us and said he would give us anything we needed to help us move on, but that never happened. I still can't believe they want $500 to give us a INCOMPLETE data backup, crazy. It's only 6 fields of data. There is so much customer data missing. It makes it nearly impossible to leave them and move to other software. Pestpac was only $125 for a FULL backup when we were using them. Google: "Termite Lawn and Pest Inc" (Orlando, FL) to call our office and we'll share all of our negative experiences we've had with them. If you sign up with PestRoutes after reading this review, then you have no one to blame when you have problems or try to switc

The dashboard and auto finance charges are the only features I like.

Cons

There are so many features and tasks this software lacks. We have to export data into a spreadsheet just to accomplish most of our needs. It's very time consuming and takes many extra steps. We've been trying for almost a year to switch to a software provide that better fits our needs. Pestroutes has made it impossible by holding our data hostage.

Program slows down every day doesn't seem to be going away. Asked for an enhancement 6 months ago waiting acknowledged. Just so so feelings on this product this far.

Cons

reports are not up to par with other software examples can't get a unserviced list to show the balance due and other report functions your industry drop down doesn't even include Pest Control REALLY!!

The loading times of the new software is very frustrating for the team. Another issue is the new layout has things we needed but got rid of other information that was crucial.

Pros

I like the reporting capabilities. It gives me the ability to see where I can make changes to benefit my profits. Even better, the team is always ready to help assist when we need a customized report.

Cons

It has everything. With that, it takes me longer to navigate through some things but I think that's my issue :)

Monthly auto billing is difficult to set up and not very intuitive. Cannot schedule monthly services in the future until the current monthly is complete.

Pros

Had 15-20 technicians with 10-15 stops a day all having paper schedules. Pest Routes eliminated calls, paper, invoicing etc

A bit of a learning curve at first, but it’s like anything else

The software is great it works faster than my computer. It saves time on checking in the tech work and posting payments. Keeping the file notes is great.

Pros

Very user friendly. The update never seam to slow the system down and still allows you to work even if you don't do update immediately.

Have not found anything major at this time.
