### "Wowed by Pest Routes"

It's been amazing! CSR is the man and their development team are constantly coming up with new amazing features.

Pros

I have used both PestPac and ServSuite and this software is by far the easiest to teach and use at a local branch level. It's intuitive nature has extra features has already facilitated a significant drop in our A/R and an increase in customer satisfaction and retention.

Cons

The enterprise reporting could still be a little more robust. Their reporting in general is great on the individual branch level and it's very dynamic.

Pros

The automation is probably the best part.

Cons

When scheduling I can’t schedule from the map view and bulk move stops onto a day or technician.

### "Fieldroutes"

Pros

The web based software has been great. It was easy to use.

Cons

The new fieldroutes app is not as user friendly as the old techroutes app and many features in it do not work. I have to use fieldroutes to complete forms because my techroutes app is not working with forms. Then I have to go back to techroutes to finish the service. I am very frustrated with this new app. I have had phone conversation and many emails about this and still haven't fixed the minor problems. In my opinion techroutes seems like what would of replaced fieldroutes. The techroutes app is what made us go with pestroutes. If Fieldroutes was in place last year I do not think we would of chosen Pestroutes.

### "Not ideal, but it does the job."

I feel as though ServSuite thought "dang, we need to get on this web-based bandwagon" and threw together a system before really testing it for functionality. I mean, why have a report titled "Mailing Labels" that when it prints, has a header that prevents the actual labels from printing correctly? There are bits here and there that make zero sense (searching for a service address is infinitely more difficult than it should be), and some of the functions are so difficult to perform, we don't even use them. Even with the support team's assistance, we still had issues entering a payment plan and the end result was so confusing, it would have been easier to keep track of the plan on a piece of notebook paper. We are a small company and don't need all of the features that the program offers. It would be ideal if we could set our own required parameters when entering information, and not what ServSuite thinks is important.

Pros

The customer service response time.

Cons

Missing basic reports, difficulty viewing important information, difficulty entering items that should be straightforward, difficulty searching for service sites.

The overall experience was frustrating and lacked a certain level of aesthetic and professional charm.

Pros

The software gets the job done and has enough key features that using it is straightforward and easy to understand.

Cons

This software is full of bugs. It was poorly coded and the often crashes. It doesn’t load all the customers on iPads which makes working remotely rather difficult.

It's the worst experience and I would like everyone to know so they can select another system and not going into what we are going thru.

Pros

We are working with this software since we start our company and every day it is getting worst; they seem to do improvements and merge with other companies and its being the worst experience lately.

Cons

You suppose to have a support team to support your work and they have no idea of the system and what's going on, if you ask to talk and get help from someone else, they say their managers are busy and they cannot transfer the calls. It takes days to resolve important issues that cost us issues with costumers and money.

It was not the same at the beginning this system it is getting worst every day.

There are a lot of features I would like to see that just don't exist yet. When we inquire about them, FieldRoutes isn't flexible in creating them for us because we're too small.

Pros

Ability to see multiple routes in various formats is easy and helpful.

Cons

Processes are intuitive. Reports are difficult to retrieve if you don’t know all of the selections necessary.

I've been using pest routes since day one and love the fact that you can easily enter customers, schedule and bill them with the click of a button.

Pros

I like that it will find customers with ease, routing is easy, billing is quick and very simple to send out billing.

Cons

That the templates wont allow a 24 hr shift.

### "Decent but many headaches"

Not the best. I mean it got the job done but that’s pretty much it.

Pros

I liked how we were able to manage our accounts but that was pretty much it. I mean if you’re desperate for a service I’d use Serve Suit.

Cons

It was very difficult to use and we had many issues—almost daily. To be honest, I’m shocked my company didn’t get rid of them sooner.

### "Best software in the Pest Control Industry"

We have used this software company twice in our 20 year plus business. Initially we used the old data base platform for a number of years. When we were looking for a change some years later, we came back to ServSuite and we are so glad we did.

Pros

The best thing about ServSuite software is the people that work for them. Their customer support staff and management are trained very well. As the system evolves, their knowledge does also.

Cons

At times when we have issues that need to go to programming, the problem is not solved as quickly as we would like, but we understand they have may customers and they are working to help all of us.

Price mostly and we liked the company as we had used them in the past.

i like the ability to do invoicing, but i wish it were easier for customers to pay after service. there should be a gigantic (pay my bill) button where they can enter their credit card info and pay their bill.

i like the ability to easily look at past services

i don't like the fact that i can't create invoices or service reports directly from the app.

The software has streamlined our service process and eliminates many of the redundancy in any office. Not to mention eliminating a lot of labor cost and printing.

Pros

I like that the software incorporates most all of the tasks we need in one product. routing, billing , sales and communication all in one system. The developers have been able to re tool some of the apects of the software to better serve our specific needs in our business.

Cons

What I liked least originally was that we found it to be geared specifically to one service. This would be pest control services. We on the other hand are built equally on termite and pest control so we had to find work around solutions. As stated on the pros however they have listened and created solutions to better serve customers built as we are.

I have been very satisfied with my experience with ServSuite and continue to recommend it to my colleagues.

Pros

I have been using ServSuite daily for 4 years now. What I appreciate more than anything is the support team. When I have a question or need help with a new idea and don't know where t start, they are so helpful and have excellent follow-up. So friendly and patient

Cons

At the very beginning, when I was just learning as a CSR, since I have a hard time learning from watching videos, I struggled with making my own click-by-click instructions to help me navidgate through processes. The excellent part is that once you do the processes a few times, it becomes so easy!

This software has a very solid foundation, and many features that allow us to make our work much more manageable. I think that for the most part, it is a huge boon to us.

Cons

There are often issues with updates and connectivity differences across different devices. There are new plans being implemented that will help this apparently, so we shall see.

Scheduling and rescheduling of customers are better with the software than the old way we were doing things. We have had an overall all good experience with the software.

Pros

It helps my cash flow about 60% that alone is worth the price .

Cons

Printing of reports. I would like to print directly from the report not send to Excel.

ServSuite is the best by leaps and bounds. The capabilities and features of this software have come so far. The entire team, including support always responds promptly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVSUITE TO EVERYONE!

Pros

I love the constant improvements and updates to ensure the platform is running effectively and continuously getting better. They also keep you informed of all changes via the "What's new tab."

Cons

I have been using ServSuite for over 10 years. Seems like lately there have been more performance issues dealing with the server which halts our business. Generally we have been swapped to a different server while the issues are worked out which helps.

Servsuite is excellent software in my opinion. They are constantly updating the capabilities to keep up with the available technology. They provide a full range of services, On-demand training opportunities, and a well-trained support staff. They have responded quickly to the issues we have had, provided follow-up for the progress of the solution, and completed the fix in the time required to keep our company running smoothly. I especially like that our company is assigned a team of support personnel, so there is always somebody available who understands our particular business, jump on a Turbo Meeting and help me solve any question I may have. When I have offered constructive feedback they have responded quickly and made the changes as necessary. Each Year they offer a Training Conference called ServSuite University in a popular city and bring with them the best that they have to offer. It's a great opportunity to have all their specialists in one place. As well as put faces to the names.
