### "PestRoutes is the best"

The team at PestRoutes is the best! I've used several softwares during my time in the industry and I have to say that PestRoutes is the hands down the best. We started using them two years ago and the growth of the system amazes me! The team is always pushing forward and deals with probably their most difficult customer with ease (us at TruForce)! We always have little things we'd like to see and I can't tell you how many beta versions we've had! Don't go anywhere else trust me!

### "Customer Service is a JOKE!"

My onboarding guy, \[sensitive content hidden\], was incredible. He was the best part of my experience because he was always available and ready to help. The software has been great when there aren't issues, but as soon as an issue comes up, which it always will eventually, good luck getting any help from customer support. They rarely call back. They will always respond to emails, typically within a day or two, but the help there is laughable. I have been constantly frustrated with customer service. For that reason, I would suggest any other software as long as they have good customer service. I have lost so much money to their slow responses and how it has effected the operations of my business. It's unfortunate because the software is awesome, albeit a little pricey, but customer service just ruins the experience for me.

Pros

The software is pretty good. It is functional and integrates nicely with scheduling. The app is great.

Cons

Customer service is ridiculous. I have been a customer for 5 years now because I like the software, but I'm at the point where I am fed up with not feeling like a priority. When issues come up be ready to wait for days, weeks, and even months for a solution. Currently I have been locked out of my account for 3 days due to a bad card on file, and even though I paid the balance in full the second I was locked out, they have made no effort to get me back into my account to run my business, which has been on hold for three days now. This isn't even the worst thing I've experienced with their customer support, but I already wrote a novel review elsewhere on that experience. I am currently looking at competitors because I am blown away by the lack of interest in their customers. Not being able to run a business for three days because customer service won't get me back into my account after they have been paid is completely unacceptable.

Our experience has been great starting from the intergration from our former software to now. If we have any issues, we send an email to support and they are on it right away.

Pros

The ability to condence our routes using the map scheduling. Our technicians can do more jobs. We love the ability to use flags for billing which has lowered the amount of time we spend on billing.

Cons

The inventory tracking is not great. The other thing is in the billing section the c/o line is the first line, which is normally the second line. Our commercial customer do not like that. We have had to do some work arounds to make customers happy.

We liked all the features of Field Routes and the price was in the middle.

The software is NOT good for a pest control company that offers multiple service types. The only situation I can see this software working for is a mosquito-only company because it offers one type of service on one schedule. We offer multiple pest service types on multiple service schedules and have used their "work around" of doing services as "line items" on the invoice of another service, but it still doesn't work well. Clients get multiple confirmations, followups, invoices, etc for each service day they have multiple services line up (Ex. monthly mosquito and quarterly pest service and annual fire ant/termite). I really have tried to make this software work-- it was supposed to be an improvement to doing everything manually and allow our company the ability to grow. It has only been a headache. 6 months later we still cannot use the software and after reading the reviews here (how I wish I had found these non-sponsored user reviews sooner!!) I am going to forfeit the rest of the year subscription and get set up with GorillaDesk. The saddest part is when I ask other companies in my network who have used or are trying to use FieldRoutes/PestRoutes they tell me they have/had the same, overwhelmingly negative experience. I tried so hard to remain optimistic as this was supposed to be a positive change for our company and allow us the opportunity to grow. I cannot remain blindly optimistic any longer and would never recommend to a friend.

Pros

The poor guy they assigned us to help us with the onboarding process was genuine and amazing overall.

Cons

Everything else. Terrible onboarding process and the salesman lied to me about multiple things the software could and would do or what their onboarding team would do to get us going.

It’s very good and positive! It’s simple, communications with our customers and techs simultaneously.

Pros

Most softwares for on-site technicians allow you to control routes with many buttons. Like “close job” or “send invoice”. Pest routes simplified many buttons into just one! This saves me many steps. One button communications information with both my technicians and my client!

Cons

I don’t like that you can’t have more than one administrator that has control ability to set up technicians and routes, as well as other controls in the software.

Seeing our dashboard is awesome we are thrilled with accounting side.

Pros

Integration was not easy because we were converting data. Not all the termite clearance letters with pdf files came over.

Cons

Mobile app needs a lot of help. Call us for beta help. They cannot update contact info in the field. We have podium but the reviews in pestroutes do not go to google unless we get them on podium. Reviews in Pestroutes are only visible to us.

It makes things streamlined, and much faster. It is a very professional service which in turn makes us look more professional and we have even paid to have our contract personalized and made into html so it is available on the app. The reports are amazing and really gives us so much information at our fingertips. The whole process from the start until now 6 months late has been wonderful and I truly feel even to this day my hand has been held through the whole journey.

Pros

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was amazing and helped us navigate a the huge change of transferring over our business. This program works wonderfully. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING -- BEST I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH IN ANY COMPANY. They truly care and follow-up is amazing -- they will talk you through steps and hold your hand throughout not only the beginning, but any bumps along the way. I am blown away by the customer service and with all the reps. They respond so quickly and always do their best to fix the problem and do anything they can. I have called/emailed them so many times, not even with problems, but just to find out how to do something in a better way.

Cons

Some of the glitches -- like where some customers were charged over 800 in one month because of a glitch without our knowledge -- have been rough or invoice numbers disappearing or changing to a different number have been touchy. I understand all programs have glitches and Pest Routes has been attentive and helpful in every situation. The only thing is I would suggest when a glitch comes out -- to let everyone know that this is something they could experience so that they can go in and run a report to stay on top of it. If we would have known about the multiple payment glitch we could have run a quick report called "Account with Credits" and we could have seen the multiple charges right away and let the customers know ahead of time - or even refunded them asap.

### "A very robust CRM for the pest control industry"

I took over as Branch Manager after our company had been using PestRoutes for over a year. They had migrated from PestPac, and it appears for all intents and purposes that the migration went well. It was a steep learning curve for me, and they want to charge for additional hands-on training (what I would call "re-doing the onboarding"). Even 2+ years on I'm discovering that our people either weren't trained properly in the beginning, or that that tribal knowledge was lost in the general turnover that companies experience. However, their customer service has always been helpful as we've called in about simple questions because we didn't know where to look in the Help Wizard.

Pros

The reporting features are incredible....if you have good input. Not a FieldRoutes issue, just a pebcak error.

Cons

Reporting is a double edged sword: there are so many different ways to get the same information that I've had to create a library of how to run the reports that we want. Yes, you can save reports, but only in the Reports tab. Side note - why isn't the Sales Report in the Reporting tab but in the Customer tab?

Pros

Most helpful/impactful features: Billing, Scheduling, Reporting Their customer support is phenomenal! Every time I find a glitch or have a question about functionality, the customer support team is right on it. And recently, they have started offering informative webinars dealing with how to use different features and functions of the software.

Cons

We have had problems using API to integrate the software with forms on our website because we don't use FieldRoutes' marketing platform.

### "Over all worth it"

I believe over all the database is great. I think it is something that is great for the ease of use and the reports are easy to find. I do like that the scheduling is easy and you have several different ways to schedule.

Pros

I like that it is user friendly and simple with most of the actions that need to be performed.

Cons

I do not like that it is difficult to remove a payment. Actually that you can not remove a payment if it is placed on the incorrected account by accident. The only way I know how to fix it is to just make the payment 0. I do not like that you can not get a list of customers for a technician. I would like to print out each techs customers with last date of service. I have called customer support and they have given me ways to do this but it always leaves out customers.

I especially like that Field Routes makes tracking everything from adding a new customer to billing a service that has been completed. We have had much less missed billing.

Pros

Integration was easy and went quickly. I like the fact that we can schedule, update and invoice everything through Field Routes. There is very little that goes on with a customer that cannot be done through Field Routes. I especially like the customer service I call a lot for help and they are always very helpful.

Cons

My biggest concern is that techs seem to have issues with the mobile app mostly with the time clock. We are always having to make corrections with their times. Also at one point they added an option to do estimates but it took away another add-on that we used all the time. I believe they are working on that though, still waiting.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Despite the fact that the program did not work they hold you to your contract. There is no one who can release you from it despite one manager saying he would. We paid the amount they suggested but got no emails confirming the amount and now they want more. They have now sent us to collection. We went with Gorilla Monkey, easy, quick, and it works!It is one screwed up, disorganized company. They have cost us thousands of dollars more than what we paid them. Use another program, they are advertising a defective product. A Service Titan Company with the bucks to sue you!

Pros

The sales pitch, clear and concise, everything you wanted to hear.

Cons

The whole system is designed by a mad programmer with no thought given to flow and use. The biggest issue is that it does not work even after putting in hours of work and probably hundreds of calls.Thge website that came with the package had the wrong SEC for months, no one takes ownership , everyone works remotely and you fall thru the cracks.

### "ServSuite, the last software you will ever need to buy"

What can I say? Over 20 years and have no major issues. In fact I am still learning what all the program can do, and do for us. When I was researching for new software in 1998 (anyone remember Y2K?), a friend suggested I purchase ServSuite. He stated "It is expensive for a company your size, but, it has more features than you will ever use, and it is the last software you will ever need tobuy. Guess what? He was right!

Pros

I love many features of the ServSuite software. We especially love the scheduler feature. Very helpful to be able to optimize route for CSRs that do not know the zip codes and city grids. We have used the program for many years (over 20) and have been amazed at all the upgrades over time. ServSuite has continued to evolve as the Industry changes. The mobile application has been easy for my techs, which says a lot because not all of them are tech savvy.

Cons

There is always a learning curve following an update - but we do not "lose our minds" over it. I really wish I could use the report writer feature. I have tried, but it is horribly complicated - to me. And the #1 complaint I have always had is there is no simple report to tell you how many new customers you signed up in a given time frame. The "Sales" reports always give you existing customer info along with new starts.

### "Impressive Software"

I have been so impressed so far with the entire experience! After contacting the company, I worked with 1 person that is in the US, that answered all of my questions and returned calls the same day. After signing up, I worked with another person. He answered all of my questions and helped to get things set up and running correctly. He would schedule times for a zoom meeting to help with issues. He was also available via text and phone anytime I needed him. He would ask if I would like to schedule another meeting at the finish of every meeting. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions on the spot. Everyone I worked with was very nice, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were not pushy, which was very important to me! I have been so impressed with the quality of customer service and knowledge everyone has at FieldRoutes!

Pros

We like the ease of learning the software, the features offered at no additional cost, the scheduling features, and everything so easy to access instead of having to open new pages and wait for them to load.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to access more than 1 subscription at the same time. We are still learning the system so it may do this and we just don't know how to do it.

Customer Service and ease of using the product are what influenced me to try FieldRoutes.

Pros

I like that you can automate a lot of the things you do on a daily with billing and especially scheduling. All of the customers history is in one stop. I love that I can set reminders and track my technicians as well as what they're doing at each stop.

Cons

I wish we could have a messaging system with the technicians so we can create alerts and tasks for them to see any changes in the schedule or remember to bring certain equipment with them.

A+ - best software available for pest control industry - from sales to service

Pros

Easy to use, adding customers, subscriptions and scheduling has a nice flow. Customer service is quick, efficient and very pleasant to work with.

Cons

Havent come across anything that I dislike yet, probably the most difficult thing so far is there are so many features and options that it makes it difficult on the service side to apply this much info for customer in timely manner.
