The software works and is serviceable. I find the UX to be mediocre and clunky compared to other products, but the functionality is decent and it works.

Pros

The alerts for clock-ins of employee shifts drag and drop function of standardized shifts or time off into the weekly schedule.

Cons

I could be unaware of where to find it, but i can;t find a time off accrual function. Would like to see time off taken to date for employees for vacatiion planning and budgeting. The mobile view has a too small (daily only) view, of our schedule, to my knowledge. Would like to be able to see a week at a time on mobile.

Pros

easy to use, and easy to read. Easy to swap shifts and see available shifts/what shifts one is working

Cons

No concerns about using this software. Maybe allow you to modify your own schedule so that if you have 2 schedules you can use one platform

Pros

iCal integration is great! The ability to post shifts for exchange or drop is extremely useful and makes the process streamlined.

Cons

UX could be a bit better. Also being able to book off individual days without the software thinking I’m trying to book off a whole block.

Logiciel de gestion de temps et de planification, de communication, il est la source de planification des employés pour les entreprises qui cherchent à gagner de temps et à accroître l'engagement pour pouvoir bondir la croissance. C'est aussi un logiciel qui s'occupe de la communication avec des employés. Il gère les le domaine de l'hôtellerie,de la santé et d'ailleurs des loisirs et même vente en détail.

Il n'y a pas d'inconvénients à signaler à ce logiciel.

Shift Call out when in need. We are able to send out a message to all staff when we need staff urgently.

Cons

unable to bid on partial shifts if only able to work half of the shift instead of the whole shift

There is nothing that I like least about this software. I only wish this software was available sooner.
