Pros: I like the ease in which I could implement it and train my staff with it. I like how easy it is to add in staff members and clean cut the app is.

Cons: It would be helpful if we could sync our contact (via phone or computer) with the list of clients. At the start it took time to update the info for every client that wasn't new to us, just new to the software.

Pros: Everything about this product is easy and fluid. I have been using setmore for 2-3 years. I can link it to landing pages, customize the features

Cons: They have two glitches. One is that you can limit the future ability to set an appointment, I choose 2 days. The HUGE problem is that it counts the weekends even if your office is closed and no employees work on weekends. So I can send out emails of Friday to have people set Monday appointments. REALLY REALLY BAD as it messes up all on my online advertising and ability to have people schedule during the weekend for Monday appointments. It doesn't allow people to schedule during times it is closed, it just doesn't jump to Monday, like there is no workweek only feature.

IT ALSO doesn't allow you to link to a page. it has its thank you page which you can add a link to but it does not allow you to customize that page. for example I don't want a thank you page I want it to jump to a website. the best I can get is a link at the bottom....which no one sees as they skim it as a thank you page.

Setmore has been extremely easy to use despite its multiple features.

Pros: Easy to use, can be synchronised and integrated with other software, customisation system is extremely flexible

Cons: Laggy, a bit slow to load even on different browsers. Pages take a while to load or have some issues showing up compared to other calendar systems.

Very useful even in the free version! The best in the paid version!

Pros: I love how you can schedule reminders to send to my clients the day prior. This really helps with keeping people on schedule. I also love how it sends calendar invites to sync into client's own schedules.

Cons: Can't think of anything, other than having to pay more for the text messaging reminders, but that's expected.

It's very nice app that facilitates a lot for us

Pros: Immediate customer service support and my clients can choose for themselves what service, which provider and what day and time.

Cons: Customer interface can take some instruction. Customers don't always understand immediately how to navigate the program, maybe a video tutorial intro would help.

Overall: It eliminates the hassle of answering my phone to personally set appointments.

Great customer service and it is a very easy system to use.

Pros: I love that Mothers and Fathers can book their kids haircuts while having their morning coffee!! : )

Cons: I have hundreds of clients. Some of them are inactive but I need to keep them on file. I've asked Setmore many times to add FOLDER(S) to the customer tab but my requests go ignored. I'd like to go over my customer list easily.

Support always have answers to my questions including supporting documents. Super fast response time

Pros: Best platform ever. Easy to use. The free version has enough features available but you could use a lot more by signing up to the premium package.

Cons: None. The price point could be an issue but for the amount of features available and if you want to stay organized, it is really cheap compare to others I have used in the past.

Overall: It helps me keep track of my appointments and allow my customers to book me on the go!

Pros: Team aspect, especially sharing calendars for appointment setting. Auto Text reminders is a huge time saver!

Cons: Not super user-friendly. Have to navigate a few different ways to get the view that you want. Outlook sync is still in beta.

Pros: For the most part very intuitive, and the support team is great! The tool set is very comprehensive even in the most basic version.

Cons: Booking page configuration is a little buried, so I keep losing track of it. But that's why it's nice to have their support people right there.

Overall: Saves time and makes my team's appointments much easier to track, especially since it integrates with Slack!

I found everything I needed in setmore, from email notifications to payment module.

Also, there should be like a different customer sign up other than google and facebook and the like, such that the admin is able to get more details of the customer collectively.

I love the fact that I always get email confirmation about appointments Iv booked! Also the customer care team always always email to see if everything is ok and if you have any problems or are struggling with everything ! You always get a rapid response from them

Cons: Nothing major really! Maybe That I can't send appointment reminders etc to customers!(unless you can but I can't see it) but then again I tend to do this my self by text or fb messenger!

Overall: A back up schedule if I loose my diary and also if I fdon't ever my diary I always have my phone so it's always there where ever I go!

Setmore is easy to set up, & provides me with exactly what I needed.

Pros: Flexibility, thorough, and customer support. One of the customer representatives was able to create a solution to my challenge. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I also learned a lot while figuring things out for myself before calling for help. Even he was surprised at my new found "skill" or good luck! LOL! Thank you.

Cons: I have not found that and I am not looking for it. What I like least is the button is too small. The Tech created one and it works, but why can't I use the setmore book now image for a button on a page, that is not a widget on a sidebar or on every page? Thank goodness that the customer support knew how to design a button that would stand out. OUTSTANDING WORK. Thanks again!

Overall: just gettings started, but being able to post the pop up button on a single page rather than the entire website was a major victory for me and I really apprecluv the customer support.

Pros: A customer being able to make an appointment with a simple few clicks is more than convenient for them.

Cons: Closing an account doesn't close it. It only suspends the account. Makes creating a custom link difficult.

Easy to train new staff members how to use it.
Never have issues resolving problems.

Cons: All systems have occasional glitches. This one does too. But it's always quickly and easily resolved with on line support.

Pros: How simple it is for my clients to book an appointment with me. I love the follow up emails that are sent to my clients confirming their appointment. I love how easy it as for me to set up and use on a daily basis.

Cons: I haven't found anything yet! I have really enjoyed working with this software. It has a ton of great features that allow you to manage clients and bookings so easily!

Overall: I was able to start advertising bookings for my Massage Business quickly and simply with how easy it is to use.

Pros: I love that the customers can Book their own appointment I added a link on my Facebook page It cuts down from me answering the phone to book appointments

Cons: Had an issue with-it not telling the customers there were no slots available Talked with customer-service and they got it fixed immediately

Pros: It schedules by 15 minute segments. It is easy for my clients to book on their own. Easy to see and use.

Cons: Classes can't be scheduled or viewed on an android phone. Also, I would like to be able to receive notification only when a client books by themselves online, instead of anytime an appointment is booked from any source.

Pros: Instant online chat support. Listening to our requests on making setmore easier and better to use. Setmore is always looking into ways to improve their software. I use the free version and it's everything I could ask for and more

Cons: I know they are always working on improving. Not really an cons but I did come accross not being able to resend a confirmation email after an appointment is booked.

Pros: Setmore is brilliant. I can run my entire company's appointments system through it and it works marvellously with google calendars and has great integration with websites. Best of all I like most of these systems it works really well on mobiles and is very easy for clients to use and administer.

Cons: So far there has been very little to criticise. There could be a little more flexibility in customisation of forms etc and perhaps the ability for organic appointments (i.e. Client chooses the length rather than have to select a set block) but otherwise suits all of our needs perfectly.

Overall: Ease of managing client appointments almost flawlessly.

Implementing this platform was a game changer!!!

Pros: Easy to implement - 2 way calendar sync - customizable and easy to use customer interface. OUTSTANDING VALUE for the money!

Cons: Limited to no reporting features.
You have to have the same availability for all appointment types.
Customers can't select the type of service within a general appointment type so if you have multiple services, they have to create multiple appointment options which can sometimes be confusing to the end user.

Overall: Ease of appointment scheduling with 2 - way calendar sync. :)

Not easy to find someone helping but Pradeep the agent has been very helpful at least.

Pros: Customer support available even when they take ages for some of them to reply or disappears in the middle of the conversation.

Cons: Bluffer, minutes instead of the hour. Slow to download so people might leave the website.
Would be better to have a landline where we can reach for technical support.

Pros: Easy to set up, easy to use interface. You can get this up and running in about an hour. The support team is super helpful when you have questions but everything is pretty straightforward. Love that you get your own hosted landing page, people can pay in advance and how it emails both the customer and the staff.

Cons: Lacking a couple of features that would be nice to have, customizing emails. But that's not 100% needed but would be nice to have.

Pros: Very easy to copy and paste everything from your menu, set times, great suggestions as you build your online scheduler. Fast, thoughtful, thorough, tech support. Never talks down to you when you are asking something that may have been obvious.

Cons: I would like an auto suggest, type of service and time, for frequent customers that get the same service. It makes booking a little faster and easier.

Pros: It's easy to use and customer service is very good if you have a problem. Easy to do accounting too.

Cons: Shame the app doesn't work when you are not connected to the internet. This is something I think mobile technician will need.

Pros: SetMore is very easy to use. I like that you can use both a browser and the app to make, edit, and cancel appointments.

Pros: Aesthetic, ease of use for most features. Clean-looking front-facing site for customer bookings. Customer support was prompt and knowledgeable. Personal interactions with customer support staff is the #1 thing I look for when choosing products for my business.

Cons: Some limitations in customization - cannot customize SMS or email confirmation messages. Structuring staff, locations, and services for multiple business locations can be a bit difficult. Customizing staff hours from dropdown menus is very tedious and could be improved.

Pros: Simple and functional. Makes page loading fast. Integration to a different website is easy. Best of all. It has an app for almost all platforms.

Cons: Can't allocate class booking for a different address location. Had to do a workaround by adding a category. But ics wasn't able to attach into the email.

Overall: The speed of deployment!

Pros: We have been extremely impressed with the options and the ease of using this app. The integration features are great!

Cons: We have had some login issues with initial app use for the staff, but the Setmore Customer Support team has been quick to resolve the issues.

Overall: We are now able to view the individual calendars of staff and avoid double booking.

I am a music teacher, and this program is ideal for scheduling my students.

Pros: I can schedule my students. My students can change their times, delete their lessons, or schedule additional lessons. This takes away my frustration when juggling 20+ students each week. I also love the "recurring appointments" feature. My students want to have the same lesson time throughout the semester, and that feature allows me to schedule all of a student's lesson for the entire semester at one time.

Cons: Their help staff is amazing, BUT I would also like to have some online help pages. They are either hard to find or not available when I need them. Let me say again, their help staff is amazing!

Overall: I save lots of time, and time is money. I am able to offer simple scheduling to my music families, and they love that option. This program saves them time, too. And, I don't have to worry about "reminders," because I decided once and for all that I want my families to be reminded 25 hours in advance. So, I am able to enjoy my life rather than focusing on scheduling students.

Pros: I love the ease of setting up new staff profiles, services, and classes. It's really easy to change the settings or hide services/classes from clients, and easy to control what is going on. There is also a lot of customization available in terms of branding your own booking page. The feature that really sold me was the ability to send reminder emails to the clients as their appointments come up! Love it!

Cons: I would like to see a little more customization available in changing language on the booking page and within the confirmation emails that get sent to the clients.

The best appointment scheduling app I could find in android playstore. Tried so many.

Pros: Visibility of the software is clean, organized, and appealing. I have used two other schedule softwares in the past which cost me money. The basic version of Setmore that I use is not only free but I am also happier with this software than the previous softwares I have used. I had trouble embedding the booking page into my website and the customer service responded immediately, went out of their way to help, and completed the task at hand. I am blown away by how prompt, helpful, and efficient their customer service is and totally satisfied with their product. Absolutely recommend.

Pros: The best feature for me is how in depth you can go with all the details entered including blocking out spots that are unavailable, adding in break times and annual leave times, and setting how long each service can take. It's the app that has listened to business owners and their needs!
I love also that you can have it on your phone when you're out and about and have it on your business computer as well!

Cons: There's not much to fault about Setmore. The only issue I have had of months of using it is once it signed me out unexpectedly and I hadn't written down my password so I panicked that I had lost all my information. Luckily I hadn't but that is the only issue i have had so far.

Pros: Whenever I have an issue the company is immediately responsive and kind. They have excellent customer service as well as easy app intervention. I don't even have to call them because their email support staff works so quickly! I used the app for free for six months before upgrading my account. It's well worth your money to upgrade if you are considering doing it.

Cons: Bedsides an occasional computer glitch (nothing major) I have no complaints. The support staff answered every question and fixed every issue right away.

Pros: Setting up an appointment booking system can be a very tedious and time consuming process. I found SetMore's administrative dashboard to be quite intuitive, making the process much quicker and easier than most of the other software packages I evaluated.

Cons: Please understand that this is a very minor concern - I really like just about everything about SetMore. If there is a short-coming, it would be a lack of ability to collect different information on custom forms for different types of services or classes.

Overall: Easy to implement, easy to use on a daily basis, GREAT front-end user interface.

Pros: Ease of use and customer service is very good. You get personal one on one chat and they answer very quickly during any hour of the day.

Cons: Services can't be set for one certain days and times for a certain stylist. I want to only do blowouts on Tuesday but the software as I currently use the free version doesn't give me that access.

Pros: This is my first attempt at this type of software. I like the ease of changing my schedule and settings from my phone or pc. I also like the option to copy and paste my scheduler anywhere with a copy-able link.

Cons: Some things must be done via pc, such as detailed changes of settings. There have been times, particularly during the early stages of setting up this software, when I needed to update settings and did not have the option on a smart phone.

Pros: Always available to help! I've never been frustrated by anything that isn't working or I don't know how to do, because I just ask to chat from within the app and they always help immediately. Super polite and friendly. I feel that it puts Setmore way above the rest if you are looking for an online booking system. My customers have said they love it too for the reminders they get. Thanks Setmore!

Cons: I am not so happy about the online payment integration options as I have issues with Stripe, but I have told them and they are looking into it. I am hopeful they can help as it is the only thing that is seriously putting me off. Paypal used to work OK but it isn't available now.

paying for the premium features, especially SMS reminders is great for reducing no shows!

Pros: The software itself is very flexible and has a lot of great features (including website integrations, staff holidays, text message notifications). It has a very friendly user interface and excellent customer service.

Cons: Had a bit of difficulty setting it up, just because of all the features it provides (but at the end of the day, it is one of the advantages as well). However, their customer service was so helpful, they talked me through it.

Overall: Started out okay and last week one of my nee client booked an appointment and i never got the notification and my client came didn't find at the store left. And when i logfed in today saw another appointment which was booked and never got a notification for that appointment as well. The whole reason I signed up going online and stop with hassel of phone tag while working. Their customer service was of no help took the longest time to reply and in the end they said we have esclated the problem and will let you know. Yeah goodbye

PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE.

Comments: As the title says, not bad for a free app. This app will do if you're just trying out and see if an appoinment app is applicable for your business. I know sometimes when you're just starting out you don't have any budget yet for a full featured appointment software. But once you get serious about your business think about investing in a more robust app. Right now i'm using Pulse247, great support and the app has everything you need to boost your business. Comments: We love the features, we love the pricing...but we find that there are a lot of glitches going on that make our business look unprofessional. As a medical office, its important for us to appear professional...and Setmore has let us down on this front quite a few times. Asking questions or lodging complaints with the company is tricky, as they're always dodging blame. Its always possible to 'chat' with a consultant, but I think English isn't always their first language, making some communication tricky. That said, the main part of the program works well...but be prepared for some odd glitches occasionally - like clients sometimes being able to book outside of your booking hours (which they tell me isn't possible...yet its happening), or SMS reminders just not being sent (even if the system says they were). Another time, a client managed to log in as an administrator and somehow set herself up as another practitioner....that was odd too. But according to Setmore, we did that ourselves and she couldn't possibly have done it (they said as they deleted her practitioner profile). Most of our clients find the Setmore online booking website easy to use, but don't bother trying to set up a lead time for appointments...I don't know why, but even when they changed it from 2 days to 24 hours, it still wouldn't allow clients to have the lead time we wanted (i.e. the amount of time required to book an appointment online so we didn't end up with any surprise appointments). Also, be prepared to constantly sync your duplicate clients in your database...it is incredibly annoying and time-consuming. In addition, the recurring appointment feature had to be disabled on our account, as if clients wanted to edit one appointment in a series, we would have to search back to find the original appointment in the recurring series, delete or change that one...and THEN edit every single appointment from then on (it sometimes was weeks or months of edits to be made for one appointment to be changed), so we no longer use that feature. The widget to link through to our Wix website however is very handy, and they are trialing features such as 'classes' and Stripe payments. We cant comment on how the payments feature functions, as we don't use it.

Pros: Ease of use. Even technologically-challenged clients do not find it daunting to book online. Configurations for appointment times, and setting individual practitioner shifts are really flexible. SMS reminders included in the price - fantastic. Customised SMS reminders are a wonderful bonus. Widget to link a booking page to our website is great.

Cons: Glitchy. Communication...good but challenging. SMS reminders sometimes don't get sent. Recurring appointment feature does not work for our business. Duplicate customers are constantly being created, and syncing them takes time.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great for small businesses. This program represents value for money - despite the glitches I described above.

Comments: Although it promised good things it only nearly ended up destroying my business because of its under development. It alerts everyone in a class if you even accidentally move the class around, like if the curser picks it up, then when you move it back, it alerts everyone in the class again, and so on - and you can't turn that off. You can't contact anyone in the class through this, you have to copy and paste, very annoying and waste of time. You can't print anything either and classes aren't available on the app - so how are we supposed to see the list? Cant walk around wiht a lap top all the time. Too bad as its got a lot of potential.

Comments: I was happy to find a free scheduler that could help me at the beginning stages of my business. training my staff has been a breeze, and integration with mail chimp, which seem to be gone now, was really a nice add, especially for my newsletter.
Improvements could be features like viewing customer booking profile history, getting reports on these will help, and disabling the booking out of hours functionality for other users, i.e my staff, will be handy.

few glitches, we have to refresh a few times to see appointments we just made, also when logged on, on the staff computer, it defaults to a date in June 2015, a few bugs here and there, when trying to move between staff, monthly, weekly, daily view on the calendar.

i've used three times for both appointments and classes.

Comments: The appointments sections work great, although limited to appointments no longer than 60min.

Whilst the classes are still in beta, the SetMore team was able to assist and create 90min classes when required.

Once classes are not longer in beta and the appointments times are more flexible this software will cover all our needs.

Overall the service is awesome.

Comments: I just started this today and I think I am liking it so far. It is easy and I can have my two employees to schedule my appointments on this and I can do it from home on my iphone. Fabulous!

Comments: I am just starting an osteopathic practice and I find that this is one of the best and easiest to use software for managing appointments. It's great even in it's free version. But the free text reminders are worth upgrading to.
