I pretty much just look at my inbox (contacts only, pretty much) and when I’m missing emails, then I go look at All Mail

Pros

I love only seeing email from my contacts, mostly. If I know I’m expecting others, I go look at all mail.

Cons

Still trying to figure out archiving and deletion.

Pros

Love the ability to create my own rules to keep my inbox neat and clean and leaving only the important things.

Cons

It is not available on mobile so that limits you working in your inbox from your desktop only. A mobile version would be great.

Pros

Sanebox's ability to filter out the not so important emails so that I don't waste too much time sorting out my Inbox.

Cons

It would be great to be able to click and choose a ate for follow ups rather than having to send an email with a date

Saves me time, hassle, and brain power. Love it!

Pros

I like the way my inbox doesn't have a zillion useless emails. With Sanebox I look at a list and make a decision on what to do with it in a second and move on. Keep what I want, trash the rest. AND I can tell Sane to hold it and send it back to me at some time in the future when it will be more relevant to my needs than it is today. Love Sanebox!

Cons

I can't think of any improvement opportunities at this point.

As a busy small business owner, I have found SaneBox is saving me hours every week that I can use to focus on the more important elements of my business.

Pros

Not only was SaneBox easy to implement but it's super easy to continue using. Once I realised how much time it was saving me I know I was never going back to the old way of sorting emails.

Cons

Not sure if there is anything missing or not useful.

In this age, software generally works pretty well. It's hard for software to rise to the top. In this case, Sanebox rises to the top across the board in every area. Meeting a need in the email space, ease of use, keeping new features coming, can't say enough good.

Pros

Solves a huge need to manage your Inbox. Adds features across platforms.

Cons

Every once in a while it seems their servers get slow and the email processing stops working. It doesn't last for long, maybe five to 10 minutes.

Fantastic! Sane later and sane news are becoming more refined too... what was once paid attention to, is now deleted for moved to sane black hole. Less clutter in my mind, in my life!

Pros

The amount of organization and therefore ability to prioritize tasks in fantastic. This therefore saves me time; which equals money!

Cons

Sane no replies and sane reminders are a tad confusing. But once mastered will be my favorite features for sure !

I have tried the tool for personal and work use since I have the same mail in both cases and it really works as the description says, there is nothing hidden and it is really simple.

Pros

Sanebox is a tool with a simple and neat design, very easy to use from the first time. The integration with the most popular email platforms is extremely easy. The free trial is really free and allows the use of almost all features.

Cons

Nothing in particular; perhaps mentioning that it is not the most common to pay for an add on of this type, therefore it is important that they offer accessible prices.

Pros

I don’t have to create filters or write rules. Combining this with MsgFiler or keyboard shortcuts, it makes processing email a breeze. I started with over 8,000 messages in my inbox, and avoided looking at it as regularly as I should. SaneBox has automatically cut things down and made it much easier to prioritize my attention with a very shallow learning curve.

Cons

If you don’t \*want\* to look at email, this isn’t going to help you look at it. This works best if you can get down to Inbox Zero, which isn’t always practical for everyone. What it will do is make it easier to get through the things you choose to spend time on, and to spend less time with the things you want to avoid.

We love the idea and even the approach to simplifying our inboxes. The software integrates easily with Google and has a clean interface.

Cons

Unfortunately the heaviest email users in our office never quite wrapped their heads around the different style of managing their inbox, so were regularly missing emails. We had to uninstall.

I chose sanebox because job solicitations, often from erroneous sources, flooded my primary email. Sanebox fixed it and I no longer see unimportant/unsolicited emails until I review them later. Their service sits on top of Gmail so it's more than a spam filter, it's a filter with the email owner in mind, so rather than waste time considering every erroneous email, I now just review the questionable ones at the end of the day which has increased my productivity and natural workflow. I'm a big fan of sanebox!

Pros

Easy filtering and easy to set up.

Cons

Honestly I'm happy with everything, even the price.

Massive productivity lift

Pros

Easy to use and implement. Its a technology that truly changes the way you think about email. This has been a massive time saver - a complete productivity lift!

Cons

They do not support POP3 Accounts. It is a complex software and would like to see a software such as walkme to walk through key features.

Love it. I'm much more efficient and organized and I bring my inbox back to zero e-mails twice a day and it feels amazing. Also - when I'm home with my family, I don't need to worry about my phone buzzing with non-critical e-mails. The reminder feature is also great and helps me not lose track of things. Worth every penny!
