Pros: Is really easy to use and powerful. We are using the voice xml to create our own IVR. All of our customers are have with our system. I think it is the best for us.

Pros: functionality and very easy to use the application, the customer support is amazing, high quality and the software is very intuitive

Overall: Features & Functionality, the interface of the software is very friendly, easy to use, the price quality ratio is fine

It's an easy to setup platform in a matter of minutes, with powerful features.

Pros: 1.-Based on industry standards
2.-Rapidly develop and deploy voice applications.
3.-Easy to use.
4.- Complete speech resources TTS and ASR
5.- Comprehensive documentation
6.-Very good technical support service

Cons: 1.-Requires to get a training in VoiceXML to start developing your own app
2.-Need to improve integration with other platforms

Pros: Excelent price/performance ratio and Support, we were using it for years with no important issues. We recomended it

Cons: As it is a very open product. The sales process can be extended to specify the real needs of the client and the rights workflows

Overall: Thanks to it we can undertake complex projects, very difficult to do with other platforms

Great platform to create custom made Cloud IVR applications.

Pros: This is a really powerful toolkit to build a different kind of Cloud IVR projects in a very easy way. We deployed a project in Puerto Rico for the government and the next competitor at the tender was more expensive than this solution

Cons: GUI might not be beautiful but it´s very useful. Probably they might improve that in the future for a more customer friendly interface
