It's easy to use and understandable. The product becomes colorful and helpful upon completion. Worth anyone's look for use. Cons Probably the least appreciated is the layers of use. You can use the free version but it is limited. So, to get access to the exceptional tools, you have to move to either of the paid versions. I understand the need for payment. It makes sense. But, it is limiting unless you have a budget for this kind of use, which means Lucid may be limiting its own adoption. They suggested to use Enterprise plan and gave me a quote (about $25 per month). They charged the difference and i though i was all set. However, 2 days later they charged me $70! . Cons I don't love the auto-included conditional rules that come in on the templates. I also don't love certain aspects of the ERD importer for SFDC.
