Pros We like that Lucidchart is not as restrictive as other solutions which allows me to easily communicate my project statuses. Cons It was cumbersome to setup with the custom symbols we use in our organization. The ability to move objects without redrawing the connections is very helpful. Pros Lucidchart provides an extensive library of icons and shapes to diagram just about anything. Cons Limited amount of storage is available. You can store your projects elsewhere but it would be nice to consolidate all of your drawings with the app. Switched from [Gliffy](https://www.capterra.com/p/145714/Gliffy/) Lucidchart is so much more robust in their offerings (except for the storage capabilities). I know that they have grown their self serve education a lot so I know it is up to me to use it, but out of the box, there's a slight lack of intuitiveness a new user needs to get used to. Also, really helpful for designing image diagrams and flowcharts for presentations. Pros I was surprised by the ease of use of this tool and the extra features it offers. The algorithm's very smart and allows you to do multiple things at once, in a very efficient way and design accurately. January 15, 2023 5.0 Established a better workflow because now everyone understands the chain of command and when to go to each individual. Pros I like the ability to draw out a workflow and to add pictures, captions, different shapes, etc. It helps organize the management in my workplace by explaining what position does which tasks. Cons I wish there was a way to share a link of the chart with everyone so once it gets updated, everyone has an immediate copy. The shapes look clean and professional. Cons I would like to link the different processes together - either by events (that is what processes start from the end event of the process I have finished drawing) or as subprocesses (preferably at least 5 layers, as is custom in Telecom industry, based on TMForum Frameworx standards). I also found it difficult to share the processes with my colleagues as the ones owned by me and owned by a colleague were not possible to view in a central list, although they are for the same project.
