Cons I have not run into any issues with . For my use, it has been wholly adequate. Over time, that may change and I may find myself wanting more from the software. Pros I loved that I was able to customize colors, titles, shapes, and diagrams to fit my customers needs, without having to jump through hoops to get the job done. It’s such a simple and easy to use program! Cons The navigation of the menu was a bit cumbersome at first, but once I became familiar with the software I knew right where to go to find all the tools I needed. Reason for choosing Lucidchart The flow and ease of use was much greater than Visio had to offer and it was at a much better price point, so it fit better in my clients budget. This hasn't been easy to create in the past. The best option before was Visio but I didn't like the UI and it could be a pain to use. I like because it's online and the UI is much better. Cons Only one flaw could be that the sharing and rights management could be a little more intuitive. Had problems sharing the current diagram with an external (freelancer) who needed the chart urgently.
