Pros Simple, elegant, Easy onboarding. It has a sync and also a collaboration feature, that has been helpful at times. Cons Lucidchart sometimes feels a bit "clunky" and has an older feeling than other products like Miro. Sometimes I felt limited by the way the shapes are able to be edited and there are issues with requiring guest users to create accounts... slowing down the process to collaborate with clients. Cons It's not necessarily a complete con but there are just a lot of options and ways to do the same thing so it can be a little confusing at first trying to figure out what you need! Pros Easy tool for creating process flows and creative images for a variety of business needs including system architecture and business policies. Cons The use of lucid as a planning tool isn't great. It's gantt charts are fiddly, and I found it easier to use other tools rather than lucid.
