I found the tool pretty easy to learn and use. One will learn the more advance features with continued use, but the basics will be learnt after a few clicks. Cons The graphics generated feel a bit engineering like, so if it's elegant beautiful diagrams one is looking for, this might not be the first choice. And not all features are free. Pros Lucidchart is my goto charting app. It's often the case that I need to create a flow diagram that is just too complex to fit on a whiteboard and might also need to be shared digitally with people on the team who aren't in the same room. Lucidchart serves this purpose, but it also has templates that make it easy to get started. If I need to quickly mockup an onboarding flow chart, I can do it in mere minutes with Lucidchart, using one of their templates as a basic starting point.
