Comes with all of the icons etc that I need for network diagrams and similar. Sharing, collaboration and exporting all seem to work well. Cons Only a light user but I haven't had any big issues. Pros I like that it integrates well with Google Drive and gives a very functional use for building an organizational chart. Cons I did't find the integration for uploading an xcel sheet easy to use. Pros I used for org chart purpose, it was great because you can type the information into a form and it populates and creates the auto connection. Having used it when I at first had no knowledge about it, to now. The interface is relatively easy to learn and has a good tutorial that educates you. Like Google Sheets or Google Docs for visuals! Pros This is super user-friendly and easy to use and share documents and flowcharts with your entire team. Just started using it with a vendor and quite impressed. Cons Nothing so far - works exactly how you would expect. Obviously it's an online system so you need a quality internet connection and sometimes the initial connection takes a while to get fully cached & loaded but from there on out, it flies. Used at two different companies and have made countless flowcharts. Great to map out things like marketing automation campaigns before you try and build them in whatever automation program you use. Pros It is easier to present charts and flows to my costumers, I just to do it in excel but with this software is way easier and more practical to use in my meetings Cons Sometimes if there is to much information can be a little bit challenging to present all the information my costumers need or if there to many steps for a process I need to take it out or summarize some of them. Pros came with a vast array of templates and object to easily create anything network design, work flow, cloud infrastructure and more. It's very easy to create just about anything you would do in Visio or other similar software. Cons The only downside I have found so far is the forward engineering scripts created from your ER diagrams. Certain objects that you can create in the ERD (relationships, etc..) simply did not get exported to the MySQL scripts. Review Source DB Dave B. The only negative is it could be more tightly integrated with Google Docs. Pros Easy to use, full featured, and runs in the browser. Cons Could be integrated tighter with Google Docs. The document management of the two can be confusing.
