It is pretty easy and flexi too. There are hundreds of templates and exampleslike Flowcharts, UML, Mockups etc. There is a powerful version control and revision history too which is very nice. Pretty good user management etc. Cons undo is a great feature and that suites very well in this cons category as there are lots of times we end up using it like for ex: when I am trying to make any changes to the diagrams one can accidentally move lines that shouldn't be moved but gets moved and getting them back in place is a daunting task and thankfully undo works here. Plus, they look good, scale easily, and can be edited on the fly. It also has Powerpoint-like features which makes it even MORE useful when presenting plans or strategies. After adding a start and a process I had a hard time figuring out how to connect them. Took me a while to realize that you have to drag the bubbles that appear when you select a box. I guess you'll get use to it after a while, but definitely not beginner friendly. Pros Lucidchart is a nice online platform for making charts. I like to make charting using this tool because it is easy to use and I can export them directly to MS powerpoint or MS word. I was using the mapping tools and found them to be very appealing when making presentations. Cons I did have some issues with formatting. I wanted to be able to move the bubble around with more ease, but there were definitely glitches with using the track pad. I ended up with some graphics that had to be completely scrapped because I could not get the formatting to cooperate.
