Pros The ability to create very visually interesting and useful charts to convey ideas and present decision trees. It is far easier for the specific goal of flow charts and decision trees, especially compared to powerpoint which I previously used. Also easy to export diagrams to PDF or as images Cons The control isnt always very intuitive, like I wish there was a style method to make the entire chart or diagram in a consistent design. Or maybe enforcing a grid structure if desired. Sometimes rigidity could be good. This may have existed but I did not see it intuitively. Cons I'm not sure this is really a con, but it seems like there are a lot of capabilities that it will take me some time to learn like pulling from other data sets and automation.
