Now I use less intuitive and speedy services for most of my shipping. **Pros:** Excellent interface. Good customer service when I did have issues. **Cons:** It was free for unlimited labels (extra features did cost more but I only needed the basics) and then they switched to only 30 per month for the free service. I still use those 30, but then switch to other clients for the rest of the month. I hope this changes back. **Reasons for Choosing Shippo:** I do use other products simultaneously with Shippo. It is not ideal. Shippo was my favorite until they limited free accounts to 30 labels which is less than I need, but not enough that I am willing to pay when other options are still free. **Switched From:** [PayPal](https://www.capterra.com/p/207944/PayPal/), [ShipStation](https://www.capterra.com/p/155621/ShipStation/) and [Pirate Ship](https://www.capterra.com/p/172133/Pirate-Ship/) **Reasons for Switching to Shippo:** Shippo let me track everything together, and let me charge a credit card for my labels instead of coming from my sales funds. This was better for cash flow reasons because I could capture rewards on the credit cards.
