Pros I like shippo because it is easy to use and really easy to create labels. Also, the pricing is cheaper than regular shipping. Cons I didn't see too many cons. Maybe need to post some webinar about how to choose right international shipping company and custom clearance. Due to customs clearance, I didn't use shippo for international shipping. It works seamlessly with my e- commerce site and is so easy to use. I can check the status of all my shipments on one screen. Even creating labels is easy. And I did my first international shipment with ease! I can’t believe I didn’t use this sooner! Pros This was so easy to set up and learn. And you can instantly see your postage savings. Cons None that I can think of yet. It has been a lifesaver! That combined with the fact that we are a small business navigating the insane world of online retail means we often face huge prices for shipping products in smaller shipments, but not with Shippo! I receive great pricing, can store all the info I need, and regular updates keep the site fresh and cutting edge. Cons Sometimes there are glitches, but within a couple hours/with the next update things either get addressed/sorted, or updated all together. Reason for choosing Shippo PRICING! Pros Provides plenty of shipping options at manageable costs and has great self-serve tools. Cons Billing options are not as preferred. Sometimes you are charged right away while others take weeks. I have even compared the prices to Canada Post Snap Ship and Paypal shipping... Shippo wins hands-down for the lowest quoted price to a Canadian address. Pros I am the sort of person who likes making lists. Whether it's a Christmas list, grocery list or simply organizing my thoughts on paper. To see all of my eBay sales in a nice organized list on Shippo where I can print my labels at a decent discount from full Canada Post prices - wonderful. I'm happy. October 2, 2020 5.0 Shippo has been good - I did have 1 package go MIA, but the issue was with the postal service, not shippo. It was frustrating to have no record of my package, since the post office never properly checked it in, and shippo couldn't help. It did eventually get there, but that was annoying. Not shippos fault though, and I'll still use it. Pros My mother in law told me about shippo, which she uses for her etsy business. Its been a huge help to me during the pandemic especially, since i can package my own items and just drop them off at the post office (or hand them to my friendly postman, if I catch him), rather than have to wait in a long line. I will definitely be using this post pandemic too, and have recommended it to many. The prices are good too! Cons I wasn't able to easily access UPS or Fedex or other methods of shipping at first. Shippo integrates with many retail sites to import sales and shipping info to limit manual mistakes. I integrate it with a Wix store. Pros I like that I can purchase shipping for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. all in the same place. I get discount rates and quick replies from email support. Cons I don't exactly like seeing the Shippo logo on shipping labels, however, I use Acrobat to remove that and put my company's logo on the shipping labels instead. Switched from [Stamps.com](https://www.capterra.com/p/90069/Stamps-com/) I wasn't thoroughly impressed with the support from Stamps.com. August 10, 2019 5.0 I am very please with Shippo! It’s easy to use, affordable, and it saves me time! Pros I absolutely love shippo! It’s super easy to use and you never have to leave your house to buy shipping labels! I ship packages that fit in my mailbox so all I have to do is print the label and put my package in my mailbox for the mailman to get! How easy is that?! The prices are also so affordable! I know that if I took my packages to the post office or somewhere like that, I would be spending so much more money. That is why I recommend this to everyone, especially small business owners who ship out a lot of packages! I also love that when you go to type in the address of the person you are shipping your package to, the correct addresses that have the words your typing will pop up so you know that the address you’re typing is correct! June 23, 2020 5.0 Never had a problem. Cost is less than carrying the boxes to the post office. Pros It is easy to use; it remembers me; it pretty much covers the possibilities. Cons \-- It's good. Only wish it could do domestic mail also. -- one small quibble. If you make an error on the item (i.e., wrong weight, wrong apt. no.), you cannot correct; you have to leave it there unpaid, and start over from the beginning. So you may end up with 2 or 3 unpaid items just sitting there forever. Not a big problem, but it would be nice to be able to backspace to your error and correct it. Review Source LB Latonya B.
