Pros Its ease of use and that it is completely compatible with our online selling platforms (shopify). It also works well for our sales avenues like Etsy and FB. The discounted Shipping rates are fair and better than most other services we compared with at the time... Cons Adding increased insurance for shipments with USPS. Most of these apps want you to add insurance through a third party vendor and we preffer it directly through USPS!! Reason for choosing Shippo Better rates and multi-platform capability... June 11, 2022 5.0 Pros I really appreciate the ease of integration between this software and my website platform Square. After connecting the two, all my orders from the website are transferred automatically, making label creation and shipping quick and easy. Additionally, Shippo allows me to edit product names in the custom forms, which is especially useful as a Pride creator who promises discreet packaging. Cons Although Shippo and Square seem to be perfectly integrated everywhere else, Shippo sends out its own shipping confirmation to customers instead of the one I customized on Square. Cons The only con I found is that their price range is a bit out of my range as a brand new startup so that would be something that I found to be a con however it might be beneficial to more proven companies out there that are looking for a reliable company. June 23, 2020 5.0 I don't think anyone would complain about the same quality of service being cheaper than it has been in the past. I'm really glad I came across them. Pros 1\. Even a small business like us can get cheap delivery rates. 2. A tracking number is automatically sent to the customer at the time of delivery. 3. Delivery status, delivered and other instructions can be viewed without opening any links. 4. The cost of using Shippo is extremely low. Cons Synchronizing it can be a pain sometimes, but it doesn't bother me that much. If you run a clothing line I would highly recommend giving it a look. Cons It seems like the layout could be a little bit smoother. It makes my business look that much better when packages arrive with these labels on the box. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I also love the GoDaddy integration. Cons At first it was a little hard to find where to print custom labels but once I figured it out it has been easy. Reason for choosing Shippo GoDaddy Integration with my orders and also ease of use. International is easy. only wish we can do customs forms in bulk as well. Rates are great! Huge discount. Pros Great Discounts and Great CSV upload. Easy Mac style navigation.
