"Review by R-COST"

**Overall:** Overall, we have a good experience with Miradore. We have deployed this solution to several customers and mostly they are satisfied with the fact that a device may be managed by an MDM but personal user information is not accessible by us (IT Providers).

**Pros:** Ease of use and setup. Any new site can be setup very quickly and using the platform is intuitive.

**Cons:** MacOS does not allow deployment of DMG unless done via script which can sometimes be problematic. Also, device manual sync can sometimes take time and we have no visibility if the task is in progress or 'stuck' Support for LINUX devices is missing as well.

**Reasons for Choosing LogMeIn Miradore:** Price was a deciding factor for our end-users. However, SureMDM also provides us with unrequired access to some features that impede on user privacy. Also some customers were weary of the fact that 42Gears is
