Pros

Relatively simple to use. It is very simple to deploy and cost-effective.

Cons

More filter capabilities are needed, and the options to display more information on grids (lists) need to be improved.

Pros

Very simple to set up and configure devices based on my needs. Very straightforward to learn and customize device profiles.

Cons

Has some limitations regarding features, however that's expected for a product that's this affordable.

Service Quality from Sales/CSM and easy to use Product. You can start within minutes. We use it to patch our Windows Machines. Setup: 2 Minutes!

Cons

All good, can't say anything bad. We are purchasing from abrickperday.com as we need less than the minimum, but there is no downside on that.

### "Very frustrating support, poor BYOD Android implementation"

We chose Miradore based on their marketing material and BYOD functionality. Our reality, at least for Android devices, has been very frustrating. We use Miradore to deploy and update custom Android and iOS software to our employees. iOS installation and functionality is satisfactory, but Miradore's tools fall well short of the mark on the Android side. The BYOD configuration process is very confusing to the end user. At the moment it requires a trained individual to walk the user through the process. We have one device where the app will not successfully configure itself, and provides no useful information as to why. Miradore support has been less than helpful. I've contacted them on 3 occasions, and each time gave up on the conversation because they challenged the facts I gave them. While they're the least expensive, the extra cost required to deploy the app, and the time spent arguing with support over the facts in my tickets do not make up for the discount. We are actively looking for a replacement.

It's the least expensive option for BYOD MDM

Cons

Installation and configuration of BYOD Android devices is poorly implemented, and rarely successful

So far, it has been great. Miradore has really helped me manage my fleet of iPads with minimal effort.

Pros

I really liked the simplicity of rolling it out and getting my iPads enrolled in Miradore. The business policies are really nice, it helped me separate about 50 iPads from the rest of the fleet because they are lab based.

Cons

I wished that there was a Miradore self service app for my end users to utilize. I have to download apps from ASM and push them out, which isn't necessarily bad, I just wish it was a bit more cleaner by being available in a self service app.

This was a smooth and straightforward solution to the opportunities we were facing equipping our fleet with tablets. The added ability to manage laptops and PC's is an added bonus. Highly Recommended!

Pros

The seamless integration for our end users make this a perfect solution to manage our fleet of tablets. My Customer Success Manager could be contacted directly and made sure I was headed in the right direction and the customer service response was on point for the questions I had. We use this on a daily basis. It is easy to use and after understanding the nature and terminology of the MDM universe, the implementation was virtually pain free. The features included give us the tools we needed to manage our devices.

Cons

There is a learning curve to MDM software. It is not a shortcoming of Miradore. It is simply the nature of the technology.

Overall, we have a good experience with Miradore. We have deployed this solution to several customers and mostly they are satisfied with the fact that a device may be managed by an MDM but personal user information is not accessible by us (IT Providers).

Pros

Ease of use and setup. Any new site can be setup very quickly and using the platform is intuitive.

Cons

MacOS does not allow deployment of DMG unless done via script which can sometimes be problematic. Also, device manual sync can sometimes take time and we have no visibility if the task is in progress or 'stuck' Support for LINUX devices is missing as well.

We use Miradore online as MDM for personal phones and tablets/BYOD so we are able to push password policy, security policies and Exchange email, easy to use, free version available for main functions that include an unenrolling device that only removes Exchange part. For monthly package per device, you can get full Enterprise functions like location services and push apps to devices

Cons

that it is not US based, so we can not use it for cleared employees. Also sometimes it is down and you have to reload the page. Another note that they have to keep up with new OS updates on android devices, sometime we are not able to push Exchange email to device, we have to use Microsoft Outlook app for email

Pros

The best part in my mind is the option to use Miradore for free as long as you want before deciding to spend money on it. If you aren't sure about it or haven't used an MDM platform previously, Miradore is a great place to start.

Cons

Sometimes I have devices that seem to stop working on the program, where the last reported update from the device might be weeks or even months ago. Not sure if that's a problem with my configuration, the device or Miradore, but it can be an issue.

I use Miradore for its most basic features - inventory management and the ability to remotely lock, unlock, and factory reset devices. Miradore does all of these things quickly and easily using their web based management dashboard. One thing I would like to see is an easier way to add or change user info for a device. Currently it's a multi-step process which can be tedious when making changes to multiple users.

Pros

Easy setup process, cross-platform support, simple and easy to use management console.

Cons

Most end-user info must be entered manually. Miradore get's flagged by Android(on Samsung devices) for "high battery usage" which causes concern for some users.

Pros

we use this for our fleet of laptops. Miradore offers a way to track and wipe your devices for free and comes with many useful features at the free level. If we were doing more with Apple products, and we may down the road I'd definitely be barking up the admin tree to purchase an upgraded plan

integration was not difficult and I was able to quickly and reliably join my laptops to Miradore's cloud platform

Pros

It is possible to do all sorts of things. Especially if you are using Samsung devices. The kiosk-mode and the possibility to track location is something that is very good, if you are having a project with a lot of devices.

Cons

Once you have given it a name, it shows in the list, but the list is not shown alphabetic, which is weird. You can change this, but all, ALL, changes are set to default as soon as you go to another page.

We get more time efficiency and more flexibility to manage our phones at work. The use is very simple and it took no time to introiduce it to our IT tech.

Pros

The ease of use is great and it is cheap so it's a perfect software for us! It is eady to deploy and we love the way we can manage applications on the play store.

Cons

.Sometimes, the features are acting a bit weird and we need to wipe the phone and re engage it, it's a bit annoying but it don't happen very often
