Cons

Perhaps a user manual would help to refer to and aid the learning process. An opportunity for a forum would be good.

Using Miradore isn’t difficult. It does what it says and I’m content with that.

Pros

I enjoy being able to see the activity logs that Miradore has to offer when making an changes to a device.

Cons

The dashboard user interface could use a revamp.

The experience overall has been solid (especially for the price). It has saved us many a time on a employees unexpected departure securing our data.

Pros

Relatively easy push system to install the client

Cons

Not as fluent Android management- however that could just be a product of Android

Very good management for smart phones. We can lock down phones and also find them if stolen.

Pros

Its been a really nice when we have had a problem. They have allways answered it very quickly. The AFW is really nice. We can use it to deploy apps and settings.

Cons

Least I like the managed google play store. There I cant quick approve the apps and also I cant just quickly check which apps actually need approving. I need to check each application manually. Also the Windows 10 support didnt seem to bring much to Miradore Online. The AFW deployment doesnt work properry atleast on Honor phones. We need to add permissions to the software client and also email client. Since it doesnt get them or something like that.

Pros

The interface is easy to use, however the recent interface update made us change or documentation and controlled process. I would hope you keep interface changes to minimal.

Cons

Some of the feature are completely missing compared with competitors, however; we still went with Miradore due to overall features and value to the money. we would like to see the following features in further: 1- Remote control provisioned device 2- ability to add a browser shortcut 3- true kiosk mode rather than using surelock which requires manual process 4- active device location tracking

Overall, Miradore is there for what we need it to be there for, MDM. Lots of mobile devices and the configurations and business profiles we're easy to set up. Enrollment is easy to do as well.

Pros

Ease of set up was great. Very smooth and easy to transition. One of the better MDM tools we have used. Android management is a big reason we purchased this.

Cons

Not too many bad things to say, if any. It's easy to use, the pricing is really done well and the customer support is top notch.

Cons

Though its a cloud based software. Would be helpful if there is a version assigned for each release. Its hard to establish tractability if there is no software version

Pros

There simply was not much to like about this software.

Cons

It caused several phones to error out with "The configuration for your iPhone could not be downloaded" and basically would brick the phone. I contacted customer service and they could not help me at all. They said I needed a Mac computer to fix the problem with Apple Configurator. When I told him I did not have a Mac, he told me I would need to borrow one or go to an Apple store to get the phone fixed. My employee took it to an Apple store and was told it was a Miradore problem, not Apple and they could do nothing to fix it. I relayed this to Miradore and did not get a response back for 13 days, with an apology for the delay but no solution other than to again borrow a Mac to use Apple Configurator.

Nothing comes to mind. It meets all our needs with the free tier, and the paid tier is reasonably priced if we ever require it.

Pros

I am very computer "stupid" once I was instructed by workers from Miradore i was able to easily navigate the system

Everythung at first until I was instructed by Miradore employees.

Really good price for the basic package, covers our requirements very well indeed. Usability is good and simple, not too many pointless functions and sub-menus

Cons

The interface could perhaps be more lively or even customisable (that would be a really nice touch) as it is a little bland. Maybe more options for DB info for devices could be handy too

We have 50 Samsung tablets in use for field techs. I needed a way to control setup and usage of them from a control panel. Setup is easy once I've gotten the process down. Add users, assign apps and configuration profiles, add the devices after factory wipe, assign to user, push configs profiles to the device (including PINs, support contact list, and location tracking), and finish setup on the tablets (gmail, Chrome, ftp, and Skype). The only drawbacks for our usage are you can't set a homepage or favorites for the browser and the Contact entries only contain a bare minimum of fields. There have been a couple tablets that didn't download profiles the first time they were pushed out, rebooting and repushing solved that issue.

Pros

Lots of options, price is good (using the Enterprise version), fairly easy to setup

Cons

One or two minor features missing, but not deal-breakers

I use this to keep me out of the apple store. I needed a tool that would allow me to factory reset iPhones from users that are no longer employed with us. It was easy to set up and easy to install on the devices so for us it is the perfect tool.

Pros

Allows me to wipe and reissue phones even when I don't have the password

Cons

sometimes needs a push to sync with devices

Its very simple to enroll the devices and its very simple to manage all my devices, and its a very clean platform

The app must be open in order I should be able to track down the location of the device , I would love that the tracking should work even the app is not open
