we have been using it for 2 weeks and I have to say it is a lot more user friendly then others I have tried

Pros

I can get updates on jobs from beginning to end it also allows photo uploads and photos can be taken right from the app. It also lets us communicate through the app instead of on phones that way nothing is deleted

Cons

I can see all employees but also all employees can see each others and comments not very private

Great product. We are an appliance repair company and this works perfectly for what we need it for. The system is very easy to use and the support is great. The best part we like about the system is that you can have it modified for what you need. Technicians find it easy to use and actually enjoy using it over paperwork. A+++ product.
