Pros

I liked most the fact that when maintenance for the software needed updated, that there would always be a scheduled maintenance instead of a random one.

Cons

Nothing I didn't like about the software. Oracle is a great product.

Using this software we could meet our customers expectations to achieve ERP and Location based systems for their assets. This drastically reduced the efforts.

Pros

The software provides GIS based asset management. This is very good tool for maintaining the assets spread in different geographic areas.

Cons

Integration with GIS system is quite difficult. This needs experienced resources to achieve the targets.

Pros

Oracle EAM is a customizable Preventive Maintenance (PM) Management system that allow us to track and execute PMs based on meter readings or straight time intervals (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). The system issues the PM electronically or can be printed out. We prefer to execute and route PMs electronically to minimize time and personnel required.

Cons

The system is not as user friendly as other systems on the market, especially if shared between sites. It can be difficult to create documents and run reports as the system is not intuitive.
