Pros The software is very simple to use. Feedback from the sales team found preference to the business card capture facility within the app made exhibition data capture so much easier. Our sales team constantly ask for data as soon as it's captured. Search makes it easy. The marketing team find it easy to customise for each event, which has made it much more effective as a lead capture tool. It's also easy to allocate and track leads back at the office. The downloading of the names to an excel spreadsheet makes it easy to send out marketing materials and follow-up emails. Cons We have had issues with our own internal fire walls and downloading the information from Akkroo, but we will use the software outside of the office and then have no issues. You don\`t have to start a new template for every event, you can just copy the event and edit it. Before I used to have to send my changes to a third-party and hope they followed through properly the first time. Now, I have the ability to this myself so there is no more confusion. Cons The only thing is that a few employees like Android and only being able to do manual entries for the time being is not their favorite thing.
