Looking at this software overall, it has proven to be very positive. The reason for this is that its interface is user-friendly and it works very easily, which allows you to carry out tasks like inventory management with great ease. I would recommend that if you are looking for a platform for inventory management, this is a good one.

Pros

Zoho Inventory is a very special tool that gives inventory management a clean and simple form, thanks to its extremely easy and user-friendly interface. It offers excellent integration with other Zoho apps like Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, along with real-time stock tracking and multi-channel sales management. Because of its affordable pricing, both small and large companies can easily afford it, making it a special choice for users looking to improve their business.

Cons

What I didn’t like about this software is that some of its features need to be more advanced in today’s times. Because once the features become advanced, the problems users face while tracking serial numbers will also be resolved, and the issues that arise when connecting it with other companies’ systems will also be solved. In my view, it is otherwise beneficial for both small and large businesses, but for companies that are quite large, this is not a complete tool.

It is an ideal application for our small team and has paid off. It's not ideal, especially when it comes to some bugs and irrelevant features for HR, but it has made inventory management easier for us. Security features are a good thing for me to feel good about and I think that it's great value for the price. Nothing is perfect, but it works for us.

Pros

As a small HR-led business, Zoho Inventory has proved to be a reliable tool for tracking the office supplies and equipment, particularly for running a business efficiently. The reporting feature is very extensive and customisable enough to identify trends and it also seamlessly connects to other ZOHO applications we have already implemented. The control it gives for order processing is also appreciated. It has helped us not to order too much; it has decreased our wastage in general.

Cons

The learning curve was a bit more than I thought, particularly as inventory isn't the main part of our business. I had to play around a bit to get it set up the way that we wanted. There are times when bulk uploads can have some glitches, and sometimes the shipping module appears to be more geared for physical goods businesses, which requires us to bypass certain features that aren't necessary to our business.

Its a reliable inventory management solution that helps keep track of stock levels, orders, and shipments efficiently. I liked that it’s relatively easy to learn and doesn’t require a lot of technical knowledge to get started. While it may not have every advanced feature that larger businesses need, it does a great job for small to mid-sized companies looking for an affordable inventory management system

Pros

It makes it easy to track inventory, orders, and shipments from a single platform. The interface is fairly straightforward and it integrates well with other Zoho products, which makes managing business operations much easier. I also liked the automation features for order processing and stock updates since they help reduce manual work. For small and growing businesses it offers a lot of functionality without being overly complicated

Cons

Some advanced inventory and reporting features can feel limited compared to larger enterprise solutions. Customization options are available, but they can be a little confusing to set up at first.I also noticed that certain integrations and features are only available on higher tier plans, which can be frustrating as your business grows

I really like the software but there's a lot of room for improvement, I've stopped using it as I've found a better alternative that works out of the box but I do like how well Zoho integrates into other products.

Pros

It keeps everything in a neat format, easy to reference and search, easy to manage stock, costs, etc

Cons

I couldn't figure out how to automate stock management so we had to spend a lot of time doing admin to update stock levels.

Works for me.

Pros

It works great for us for order management. We have never had issues with security and it's a good value for our money. It also seems easy to learn as I have had to hire a new inventory personal recently and they had no trouble learning the tool.

Cons

I am considering using it for invoicing as well but still working out the kinks.

I'm someone who values customizable, simple software, and Zoho feels a bit too data-heavy. It has a very digital, clinical interface and lacks the creative feel of some newer, design-focused inventory apps, but it makes up for it in raw reliability.

Pros

Zoho Inventory is cost effective, reliable, and if you're already using Zoho Books, they integrate perfectly.

Cons

Zoho Inventory has monthly order limits, and it's not an easy process to integrate accounting software other than Zoho Books.

8/10

September 12, 2025

Fulfillment and purchase planning were managed from a unified view, backorders were addressed consistently, and shipment notifications were communicated to customers sooner, which reduced follow-ups and allowed production to stay in step without needing to perform a scramble for labels or stock.

Pros

Order processes link quotes, sales, packaging, and shipping together in one location, with security roles and audit logs, while marketplace and cart integrations cut down on manual entry, and reporting identifies trends to inform reordering points and avoid stockouts during peak periods.

Cons

Ramp time is correct for simulating bundles, warehouses, and products, and cron sync or template quirks hinder teams when marketplace listing optimization and custom shipping document optimization are done in hectic cycles.
