Nothing is perfect but they are the closest to being a perfect program. Pros is a user friendly product that is easy to set up and use. The product allows you to provide a custom link for your clients to review live inventory as well. Cons There is a little issue when needing to update inventory levels it will not keep track on the dates and time if it was increased or decreased from what it was previously to ensure that their are no issues or to detect were the issue started from. It has given us a centralised view of our inventories and enabled us to maintain optimum stock levels. The software is easy to use and has quality customer support services. Integration of the software with other systems such as Shopify, Zoho Books and Zoho CRM is seamless. Cons The software is very intact. We have not experienced notable flaws during deployment and implementation. We have never had issues with security and it's a good value for our money. It also seems easy to learn as I have had to hire a new inventory personal recently and they had no trouble learning the tool. It has a very digital, clinical interface and lacks the creative feel of some newer, design-focused inventory apps, but it makes up for it in raw reliability. Pros is cost effective, reliable, and if you're already using Zoho Books, they integrate perfectly. Pros Order processes link quotes, sales, packaging, and shipping together in one location, with security roles and audit logs, while marketplace and cart integrations cut down on manual entry, and reporting identifies trends to inform reordering points and avoid stockouts during peak periods. Cons Ramp time is correct for simulating bundles, warehouses, and products, and cron sync or template quirks hinder teams when marketplace listing optimization and custom shipping document optimization are done in hectic cycles. Pros helps you easily track the availability of equipment, move them across projects, and create purchase orders for new tools. Barcode scanning has been a savior in terms of reducing manual entry errors. Cons We had to go through some workarounds at first to integrate with our accounting software. " July 22, 2024 5.0 Has been exceptional. Customer service is great, and helpful. Pros If you have ever used Mass 500 or similar systems, this will be a breeze to use. I do find that for my use the customization is a bit difficult, but for the most part, its able to do everything I need to run business day to day. Has multi user control, has new history tracking, last purchase price, inventory inquiry, and even has support for business in SQFT, LFT. I am happy that i got to find this before i went other routes. The cost was also much lower than any other system I had tested. Cons Being a web based CRM, the customization is a bit less than I would have liked. Especially how the documents look, or ease of finding profit margin by the invoice, or item level, but i hope someone at ZOHO is looking into this. Pros We love the integration and module aspects. The modules all fit together allowing full integration. With this comes the ease of stock control and order management both online and offline. No complicated app integrations or stock drift. it just works. Cons Search facility has an issue you can not always locate an item just by keyword and have to enter the full name. With thousands of products this is not always possible. It's an actually pretty complex inventory to manage, but ZI handles it great! Pros My favorite part of is the customer service. They are on the ball whenever I have issues. I get immediate response each time I have a question. If they don't know the answer, I'm kept in the loop with updates until my issue has been resolved! I also like that all of my vendor contacts are accessible in one place. Finally, the mobile app is surprisingly in depth and capable. I can track orders, inventory, recent activity, etc. Cons Honestly, I don't have many complaints. If I were to think of my top one (which isn't a huge issue) is that multiple layers of approval for receiving products can be a bit confusing. Pros Zoho allows for a lot of customisation as to what data you can store for orders and products. It has amazing flexibility with custom fields, that allows us to achieve exactly what we want. Also, it has a lot built in automation tools, which are extremely helpful. All of that for a price, that is reasonable and cheap compared to alternatives. Cons Because Zoho is such an extensive suite of tools, it is a little overwhelming to set up in the start. That being said, once its up and running it is really good. Pros 1- Its best for the Trading business. 2- The best thing is the ease of use. you don't have to be an accountant or a professional inventory manager to understand this software. 3- It is real-time. You don't have to wait for a department or server to process the command so that the information gets reflected. 4- Any prior period adjustment of cost or quantity, automatically adjust the costing and all the other accounts. 5- The best feature of Zoho is availability of customer service 24/7 6- For bulk data, you don't have to key in one by one. You just have to arrange the whole data in a specific format and upload it. 7- Composite items is the Bill of Material, which is gives you the option of calculating variances. 8- If you want to add an extra material, other than what is defined in the standard formula, you can do that. 9- The warehouse option helps you to keep track of inventory in each warehouse. While invoicing your customer, you can select the specific warehouse. 10- It is very well integrated with the ZOHO Books. 11- The Taxes can also be handled easily through Inventory module Cons 1- For large organizations where multiple levels of warehouses exist and they require different approvals before issuance and receiving of materials or products, doesn't seems to provide that functionality. 2- You cannot print delivery notes on ZOHO Inventory, for that you have to go to ZOHO Books. 3- If you want to receive a product on multiple purchase orders together, you cannot. You have to receive the product of one purchase order at a time. 4- You can specify a purchase or sales price of a product but you cannot specify that as per the supplier of customer. We do not run a typical wholesale business, rather more like consignment and the ease of tracking each customers inventory as well as our own warehouse inventory with Zoho has made our account managers job much easier. Cons It would be nice for the separate sales orders to merge to give a complete inventory of each customer, but it still works well.
