I really like the software but there's a lot of room for improvement, I've stopped using it as I've found a better alternative that works out of the box but I do like how well Zoho integrates into other products.

Pros

It keeps everything in a neat format, easy to reference and search, easy to manage stock, costs, etc

Cons

I couldn't figure out how to automate stock management so we had to spend a lot of time doing admin to update stock levels.

is a great software. It has given us a centralised view of our inventories and enabled us to maintain optimum stock levels. The software is easy to use and has quality customer support services.

Pros

The product is very effective for inventory management and order tracking. Software ease of use and adaptability. Integration of the software with other systems such as Shopify, Zoho Books and Zoho CRM is seamless.

Cons

The software is very intact. We have not experienced notable flaws during deployment and implementation.

Its a reliable inventory management solution that helps keep track of stock levels, orders, and shipments efficiently. I liked that it’s relatively easy to learn and doesn’t require a lot of technical knowledge to get started. While it may not have every advanced feature that larger businesses need, it does a great job for small to mid-sized companies looking for an affordable inventory management system

Pros

It makes it easy to track inventory, orders, and shipments from a single platform. The interface is fairly straightforward and it integrates well with other Zoho products, which makes managing business operations much easier. I also liked the automation features for order processing and stock updates since they help reduce manual work. For small and growing businesses it offers a lot of functionality without being overly complicated

Cons

Some advanced inventory and reporting features can feel limited compared to larger enterprise solutions. Customization options are available, but they can be a little confusing to set up at first.I also noticed that certain integrations and features are only available on higher tier plans, which can be frustrating as your business grows

Pros

It works great for us for order management. We have never had issues with security and it's a good value for our money. It also seems easy to learn as I have had to hire a new inventory personal recently and they had no trouble learning the tool.

Cons

I am considering using it for invoicing as well but still working out the kinks.

It has simplified my work at Leader Sat Africa by automating the update of inventory, consequently saving me hours of trying to reconcile manually on a monthly basis.

Pros

I like the tight integration of with the accounting software I use, allowing me to keep my stock and financial records synced up.

Cons

I think the reporting features are a little limited needing to customize reports for different needs requires a little more effort than I’d like.

I believe is one of the leading inventory program on the market. Nothing is perfect but they are the closest to being a perfect program.

Pros

is a user friendly product that is easy to set up and use. The product allows you to provide a custom link for your clients to review live inventory as well.

Cons

There is a little issue when needing to update inventory levels it will not keep track on the dates and time if it was increased or decreased from what it was previously to ensure that their are no issues or to detect were the issue started from.

I'm someone who values customizable, simple software, and Zoho feels a bit too data-heavy. It has a very digital, clinical interface and lacks the creative feel of some newer, design-focused inventory apps, but it makes up for it in raw reliability.

Pros

is cost effective, reliable, and if you're already using Zoho Books, they integrate perfectly.

Cons

has monthly order limits, and it's not an easy process to integrate accounting software other than Zoho Books.

Pros

Order processes link quotes, sales, packaging, and shipping together in one location, with security roles and audit logs, while marketplace and cart integrations cut down on manual entry, and reporting identifies trends to inform reordering points and avoid stockouts during peak periods.

Cons

Ramp time is correct for simulating bundles, warehouses, and products, and cron sync or template quirks hinder teams when marketplace listing optimization and custom shipping document optimization are done in hectic cycles.

Super easy to implement. Was necessary because we were using different sales channels, so it was important to find something reasonably priced, and easy for our whole team.

Pros

The Dashboard. Super visual, simple and clean design. not only basic information, but additional (and needed information) without worrying about complicated charts or the need for analysis.

I actually feel that it simplified our operations and and met our needs. I actually don't have any negative feedback.

Pros

Firstly, the dashboard looks nice. It is so easy and simple to navigate through it. It also can be integrated with other tools hence making work easier.

Cons

So far, i have not encountered any issues in this great software.

Overall, I find that this Zoho tool is as terrific as the rest of the suite’s programs. I liked to use it for my stock management and in addition to the other Zoho tools when we were using them.

Pros

I liked the easy integrations inside the Zoho ecosystem, to create reporting, to pull out delivery slips, and all that stored in the right place.

Cons

What made my eyes a bit blush is its interface, which can display information not necessary and are overwhelming. To tell the truth, it is a bit complicated to use as a tool if you are used to a more simple one.

There is a perfect inventory from start to finish and with a more organized workflow thus allowing to have a complete follow-up of each product

Pros

The management that can be obtained with for inventories is wonderful because it has allowed me to have exact control from the beginning to the end of each product, it has improved my workflow style to be more organized and to have specific reports on time. From start to finish I can track the items with the precise stock to keep a perfect inventory

I really enjoy using . My small business grew to the point I knew I needed a solution to help track all of my products. I found Zoho and have been very happy.

Pros

I like the simplicity of Zoho. I needed a solution but I didn't need a bunch of features I would never use. I like the ease of use and it works very well.

Cons

I have no cons at this time but I can potentially see issues arise as my business grows and I add new product lines but for my small business I have no complaints.

Stock consistency between what is sold in store and what is sold online has been excellent and the general operation is both efficient and easy.

Pros

We love the integration and module aspects. The modules all fit together allowing full integration. With this comes the ease of stock control and order management both online and offline. No complicated app integrations or stock drift. it just works.

Cons

Search facility has an issue you can not always locate an item just by keyword and have to enter the full name. With thousands of products this is not always possible.

### "Shopify users, beware of Zoho!"

Impossible to contact the dev team, even by email, which would have saved me two years of lost development time on my end. There is not even an effective communication channel between Customer Support and their own development team. It's one of those "I.T. doesn't talk to inferior beings" outfits. You know the type. Low integrity: If you make a mistake and misguide a paying customer, accept responsibility and issue a refund. It's the very least they could have done.

Pros

On paper, Zoho had all the flexibility and scalability we were looking for, but it turns out that it is incompatible with a Shopify store that has more than a few months of data. It won't import the data. This is not a misunderstanding and there is no workaround. Details below.

Cons

We bought it to be our CRM and Inventory Management System for our Shopify office furniture store. On installation, it would only import the last two months of transactions from Shopify. That's a disaster. For all of our regular customers, they'd have two accounts and we'd have to look in both places to find a past order, not to mention re-creating all of their account data by hand in the new system if they hadn't purchased in the last two months, and we'd have no idea what their lifetime value was. Zoho support was sure I had done something wrong. It took weeks for them to decide that Shopify was the problem. They told me Shopify was blocking the export of the data. So I called Shopify. They told me (in an hour) that they have an automatic block to prevent hacking but all Zoho had to do was to call them and they'd unblock them! Over a period of weeks, I tried to get to the right department to tell the install team or dev team about this, and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. They kept insisting it was a Shopify problem. A support rep got back to me a few months later and said the limitation had actually been built into Zoho and it would be fixed in the next version update. So, foolishly, I kept paying. I kept checking in and finally, two years later, they told they have no plans to fix this problem, and no, I couldn't have a refund even though I was waiting for them to fix what they told me they would fix, and had never used the product.

Reason for choosing Zoho Inventory

Low entry price and scalability, with robust feature set, but never used it because it just can't work with an existing Shopify store that has more than a few months of history to import.

The customer service is fairly decent ... they are hard to connect with sometimes being that they are all based in India and I'm in North America.

Pros

I like the detailed invoices, the ability to run all sorts of reports and the capability of doing invoicing/inventory etc all in one program.

Cons

Ok .. here is the biggest con for this product. It doesn't automatically synch with woocommerce. I had to buy an additional 2 synch connectors to use this with my online store. you would think in this day and age that it would automatically synch, but I have to implement Kloud connector to link woo commerce to Zoho and a second one to synch it back ... at a cost of an additional $30 USD per connector per month. Gets to be costly.

Reason for choosing Zoho Inventory

I hadn't done enough research and basically chose it based on the comparison lists of features.

This has strong core functions, is easy to use and very reliable with zero bugs or downtime after a few months in.

Overall experience is decent. We're going to start scaling it a lot more and will really test how well it performs.

Pros

One of the key features is the ease of set up and configuration. Customization options are also decent. The ability to operate in multiple currencies is also key.

Cons

The workflow for PO entry, sales order entry and their relationship can be cumbersome and may not necessarily scale well. There are options for bulk import, but with limitations. Pricing on one section of their site when you are starting a trial shows one price. When you are converting from the trial, it shows a different price. This is misleading. Multi-warehouse option is not available in the free version

It's an easy to use product in the Zoho universe of applications. We only use Inventory, but there are many to choose from. We use it to keep track of inventory, orders and stock levels .

### "Best I've Found"

Prior to using Zoho I had never kept track of my expenses aside from the cost of the inventory itself. With Zoho Books, I've been able to keep track of my intangibles as well as physical inventory.

Pros

I have tried out so many different accounting software apps, and this is the one I've found works the best for me. I have a very small business, just me, and the revenue is still pretty low. So it is such a relief that my entire budget doesn't have to go to monthly fees, and that I didn't have to take the time to build my own. So many great features, and the developers are constantly adding new things, (that you can vote on!). I've only had to contact customer service a few times, but the times I have, they have been very personable and patient.

Cons

My only feature that I really need is that I need to be able to delete custom fields even after I've used them. I've added some fields that were later added by the developers, and that means that even though I'm not using them anymore, that's one custom field slot used up.
